Oustanding Warning: You had one outstanding warning, from Mafia XXX. So, 1 game ban, +2 for previous banned game, +1 for 1 active warning comes out to a 4 game ban if GM had been paying attention. In general, it seems like you have been eager to play TL Mafia and could be a valuable member of the community, despite your intransigence dealing with hosts, co-hosts, and other players. GM didn't actually review your case in any meaningful way; this was during the last year of his ban list moderation when he basically didn't read the list and just approved things. I suspect that if he had time to look over things you'd have gotten a 4 game ban, one for the one-game ban your rule violation actually merited, two more based on previous ban, and one because of the +1 your pre-existing warning gives you. So, you have a 4-game ban. Since you've asked me for this review, and you did indeed not get modkilled or push boundaries in the 2 games you played in while banned, and managed to keep your level of personal insults on this side of the line, I'm reducing the 4-game ban to a 3-game ban in a show of good faith. Since you've already sat out two games, you only have one ban left. You're now free to play TL Mafia once you've sat out one more game, OR contributed to our renewed library initiative! Can we go ahead and give Koshi that 4th game now? @Koshi Why do you want to keep beating a dead horse? It was my first game hosting ever. I admitted to a mistake. I still say it was a mistake. And if that was the first time you had tried to ruin a game I wouldnt have asked for a 3 game ban. You got a 3 game because of what you did in JoaT mafia like 2 months before. | ||

I still cannot believe I got modkilled for fucking nothing. And nobody ever got banned for "being banned before" bullshit and it didn't count for me either. I just got arbitrary 3 games because nobody knows why. What did I do wrong that game? Say it is completely retarded a guy got modkilled for forgetting to vote? Claiming mafia as town? Why? WOW KOSHI JUST COMPARED HIMSELF GETTING A 3 GAME BAN TO GOING TO A CONCENTRATION CAMP!!! All the reasons I have already gave. And yes it has always been if you get banned 2 games in a row your ban count isnt 1 game and then 1 game. It has been in the banlist OP for ages how it works. The Banned Game Count applies to most modkills (including modkills for inactivity) and is calculated as follows: 2N - 1 where N = the number of times you have been banned. So the first time you get banned, your count is 1. The second time, your Count is 3. If you are modkilled for going inactive in 2 games at once, your Banned Game Count will be calculated as if you were modkilled in one game, but you will receive a warning upon being taken off the Ban List . We reserve the right to artificially inflate your Banned Game Count based upon conduct not meriting a semi-permanent ban, but also not meriting a standard ban. This is from the OG OP^ | ||
