No marv, I'm taking Palmar off the table completely until someone shows me why his town case is bad. If someone does it, then I can switch back. But I am convinced by Palmar's town case. I am not trying to leave it open for a lynch later.

But it's not just "a couple of things." His evolution of his d1 reads, when he explains them in the big case, looks legit. It looks like town!Palmar here. It's an entire narrative of how his mindset changed over the course of the day, not just "see look I scumread JAT here" type stuff.

like none of them, even the one (or two) who is town is going to really want to lynch themselves at any point so you can't really call them mafia for looking at third candidates

I have been pushing mafia all fucking game. I wanted to lynch Onegu on D2 and only sheeped marv because people didn't want to lynch Onegu in the end.

I don't really see the point in that. I thought about it on my drive home from work, but my feeling is that what's going to happen if I do this is
"okay, <Palmar/Eden> had the worse town case, let's lynch him"
<Palmar/Eden> flips town
"oops, oh well, guess the other one must be mafia"
<Eden/Palmar> flips town, <ray/marv/Koshi/prplhz> wins, <other 3> are stupefied
I think the far better use of my time is in trying to prove that the other alternatives are possible. Just focusing on why I'm town is silly because everyone has made up their minds that I'm less townie than the other 4. Having all of the attention focused on me and Palmar is just going to lead to us both being lynched.
Put another way, even if Palmar gets lynched today, unless he's mafia, I'll have to do this pushing next phase anyway. Why wait until then to start, when everyone's hearts will already be closed? If town's going to win, I have to start now.
