as per the rules of my game I would like to seek a 1 game ban for each of the following players:
Alakaslam for failing to vote and being replaced for reasons that were known to him prior to the game starting. His replacement was completely avoidable and he took a slot that another, more committed player could have taken.
Fuba for disappearing and failing to vote, resulting in his modkill.
FecalFeast for also disappearing and failing to vote, resulting in his modkill.

Also Himalayas will be likely starting tonight so if you need to get sitouts in, you have a short window to potentially get one game out of the way.
