Unless something else new comes up, I think I'm done here. I've got other things to do, other people from the game are waiting on a postmortem as well as end of game flavor that I still owe them. If folks here want to go dredge up and discuss the older game by Onegu where the warning occurred, that's fine with me, but it is not for me to comment about that game. Ultimately I believe the writing is already on the wall. Since sicklucker obviously doesn't get the message that we are trying to convey through words, we'll just have to convey it through strong action. | ||

This was a newbie game. Part of the purpose of the game is learning. I recommended against conceding because it's a major learning experience. Sure, boxerfred didn't ask if he should claim anything; he didn't ask specific questions on how he could have played things out. He didn't do a lot of things; but as a newbie game he deserves the ability to gain from experienced opinions on his actions or on what actions to take in the future or what not. Just conceding doesn't help. 2. There's no impetus for mafia to concede in situations that look dire. There's almost always a chance. If he wants to take that chance, then that's his choice. 3. You're not realizing the fact that it's completely possible for boxerfred to be town. It's not unheard of for newbies to do stupid things because they felt it was the right play. Maybe he CC'd you because he thought it was required to lynch mafia!SL. What you did, basically confirms you as town. That's a huge issue. | ||

FWIW, I think 2 games is plenty. I don't think it was maliciously trying to ruin the game or anything, and no history of rulebreaking. Yea, I saw the warning, but a warning for failing to vote doesn't feel very relevant. My only reservation is that SL doesn't seem to realize (or care?) that what he did was wrong and is trying to justify it. | ||

Standard Inactivity Ban for Stutters695 for failure to vote, failure to cast witchcraft votes, and general inactivity, forcing a modkill. I PMed him numerous times and never got responses. I even asked for /confirms pregame and he /confirmed. Really bad form mate. Also, since he has a Warning, this will end up as a 2-game ban. Warning for WBG for behavior. | ||
