So it's down to voting lurkers for the time being.

Nothing really. It's as useless as the rest of his game.

Perhaps. My mind always goes back to LVII where he had 7 posts as town by Day 3 or something, and I was screaming for a vigi shot on him.
My feeling was that he makes a ton more sense as town, and his scum play (Liquid City) reads as super-forced. I've seen neither so far in this game though =/

Idunno. The Rise vote just seems like a cop-out to me, given that all we know about his alignment is that he's a lurker.

'Cause writing cases is not the defining factor in making a read. In fact, CC has been overall very clear about his suspicions - it's just that they're rather spread out through his posting.
He's an active, open, and willing participant in discussion, and the logical conclusion is that he's town.

Cases don't equal town, and it seems to be your only real ammunition for my scumminess =\
Cases are only there for the sake of convenience, brevity, and to a certain extent extrapolation. It's a small game... stuff ain't that hard to find.
At this point it's more constructive to simply talk and discuss with each other than make huge cases, etc.

Yeah. Your case was pretty weak. You say that he has no cases so he is scum. He has been poking and prodding. Large formal cases are not the only way to scumhunt and are in fact the easiest form of fake scumhunting to manufacture. CC has been active and commenting on the byplay. He has promoted a pro-town atmosphere in the midst of a shit fight between hapa and myself, when it was very much to scums advantage to see that out to my death.
He has been transparent enough and done enough to be considered quite townie.

Well the main contention that I have is that he's super active and aggressive in all of his town games. Apparently he's busy RL-wise (hence me not voting him yet), but I still think his general attitude/personality seems too passive for his town play.
We'll see where he goes with his vote on me though. I'm a bit annoyed he didn't stick around for me to pick his mind though =/

I feel like two scum have to come from the useless category (possibly including Xatalos). Pretty much everyone else has given me some reason to think they're town except for three players.

Also regarding Jay, I like his recent activity and attitude a lot. Even if his case on CC is bad, it doesn't seem malicious.
