No: on the simple basis that if layabout were town and he were having difficulties he'd have replaced out by now Scum layabout is pretty lazy, and that's the #1 word that comes to mind when I think of his play this game

Assuming? Sounds off for town palmar. The rest of this post too. You have been pretty distant for someone who should consider sandroba 100% confirmed town by now and me close to that (to you).

BM: You have been pretty absent for most of D1 then you come in before the lynch and try to stir things up even more (I didn't think that was even possible) You basically sheeped everyone, your votes moved all over the place as well between gonzaw and BH. I can't get a read on you because of your blatant lack of posting (until right before the deadline) I was pretty busy, but sheeping in this setup is not bad for the town given that it's majority lynch. Stirring the pot? I disagree with that. I was trying my best to get a lynch, because we have such a high % of lynching scum. It's ridiculous to have not had a lynch, considering there are 9 of them. On July 19 2012 02:57 Blazinghand wrote: I don't think the voteswitches CAUSED the nolynch, I think they were both caused by the same thing, which was a lack of consensus and players not being around for the deadline. the voteswitches happened because people were trying to avoid no-lynching and we're trying to at least lynch someone, right? So we tried to make something work, but it ultimatley didn't. voteswitched and nolynch were both caused by the same thing, which was lack of consensus + sleeping players. this.

shall i die, or shall i live to see the ruins of the town falling around me? but, tonight, we wait with baited breath and social awkwardness that is oh, so tremendous the hope that a vig has hit scum, the excitement that your reads weren't really dumb who will flip? who's going to be hit? Kurumi? Sandroba? Foolishness? I'd put Chezinu right off the list for his "haha" shall make scum pissed if he is a cop or a skillful medic

Yes, but for the message to come to me specifically most likely points to Foolishness or someone who was with me in that game, because that was the origin of House Chezinu (and I was one of the three in it) I recall reading in Holy Roman people were speculating about it and most noninvolved players didn't know the whole story.

Discounting things because of totally obvious preconceived notions seems naive. It is actually not only a flaw of intelligent people, via confirmation bias, but the downfall of many a town in mafia, due to early game shenanigans "clearing" people to idiots.

There are no enough vigis to shoot you for the sole purpose of shooting you. They didn't policy-lynch you Day 1 so maybe you'll be able to play a game! Yay!

On July 19 2012 06:24 HiroPro wrote: This one is just silly. You're asking me what I think about a guy who replaced in, made roughly one post wherein he voted for the guy that "seemed to have a decent case on him"/"seemed most scummy recently," never voted in the votethread, never returned during the day, and, upon returning, has called kurumi an "influential town player."VE/austin, please read pages 73-74 and tell me what you think of Zealos. Nobody can look at that and go - #1 town read! If he goes with his stated plan: On July 19 2012 05:26 Zealos wrote: I'll just go ahead and vote for BH at the start of day2 then leave you guys to it. bb, then that's just pretty terrible and I'd love to see him lynched or shot. But tbh, all his scumminess seems to come from doing absolutely nothing. Like, less than minimal effort. Not posting. Not reading the thread. Not voting. That's a LOT of attention to call to oneself, to not vote. So even those his lack of contribution is scummy, I'd rather he's not up for lynch this cycle. We've already got scum in Kurumi, who we thought would die so didn't lynch yesterday, so there's 1 kill. I still think GGQ looks incredibly scummy, and i haven't seen anyone (there may have been one post in which someone just said "GGQ always plays like this") defend GGQ or call him town. So I don't see why that isn't kill #2. Just because he's "obvious" or "easy to build a case on," doesn't mean we shouldn't lynch him... That leaves Zealos, at the very least, third for me. So for now I'll find him scummy, but want to lynch others over him, and see if he actually contributes/reads thread/does anything.
