sure. He reacts "By the way i was cleansed" What reaction are you taking into consideration? Did you expect him to say "I was cleansed" and then HoD goes "no you weren't" and him to respond "oops, I mean i was NOT cleansed, my bad"? There's not much to consider, it's a 50/50 chance that makes YOU think that he is confirmed town.
|
your betting on my guess being wrong well, Goodbye Grack.
|
This is the 2nd time that you've actually ADMITTED that you are guessing. It's ok though because I'm the only one seeing this.
|
Well I don't know any other Word then for "Guess".
Well, let's put it shall I say "Answer".
I WAS CLEANSED, AND YOU CAN'T DENY IT
|
Grack, do you know how guesses work on Mafia?
You guess based on what you have seen. You know why? Because this isn't Math. You don't have a list of things that certainly make one something or another. Maybe there even is, but it is certainly not complete nor accurate.
So you look at what happened so far, and guess - take conclusions - from there. I guessed about Spaackle. I guessed right about layabout. That's how it works.
|
You shouldn't need to replace guess because what you are doing should not be thought of as guessing. you are simply telling HoD that you have been cleansed. Not guessing that you have been cleansed.

The way you put it earlier was that Bluelightz couldn't be scum because of HoD's test. it was a bad reason to rule out scum and you justified it with the test not being 50/50 because you can see his reactions as well. his reactions are that he is confident in his guess.
I am sorry but I have to go. If I get lynched get BL next, but don't lynch before HoD gives the results.

Bluelightz is correct, I illuminated him last night. (The result was "not demon", if anyone was curious :-P)
Lynching Grack today? Lynching Grack today.
##Vote: Grackaroni
|
My reasoning on Bluelightz being town: Layabout was arguing with me before he died that Bluelightz was town, Bluelightz was also not likely to be night killed by the angel of death, nor was he the main focus of Refallen. Therefore, I find it likely that the demons would have picked him to corrupt. Nobody else counter-claimed the corruption, and he correctly answered whether he was cleansed or not.
If Grackaroni isn't it, I have no issues lynching Zephirdd tomorrow.

BLUELIGHTZ WHY HAVENT YOU VOTED YET ASFJKASDHDGFASLJDHFASLKHDFAKSLJHFDASD

End of Day 6 Lynched:
Grackaroni (3): Zephirdd, HarbingerOfDoom, Refallen
Current votes:
Again, the sixth day brought with it no extreme conditions. The sky was grey, and gentle rains fell throughout the day, but all in all, simply ordinary weather. Did the source of all the turmoil the town had experienced run out? Was the supernatural influence hanging over the town starting to wane? Or was all of it no longer necessary, as the end drew near?
The five that remained continued their discourse, keeping their suspicions in the forefront of their minds. Once in awhile, thoughts drifted to what each of them had already lost, but with pure willpower each was able to shunt aside such distractions. Overall, time seemed to progress slowly, with just a handful of voices remaining.
Once again, the minds of those present focused upon a single suspect. By now, everyone had become calloused to the process that they knew was about to take place. A body pulled towards the artifact, the lights, the screams, and the termination of the damned. The four that remained watched as Grackaroni became a cloud of white mist.
Grackaroni, the Angel of Death was lynched Day 6!
As the echoing scream started to fade away, those that remained somehow knew that all the supernaturals among them had been eliminated. Against all odds, the town had survived, and prevailed. Now the survivors could finally look around their broken town and ponder all that they had lost. The tears that had been suppressed could finally flow. The sorrow and pain no longer withheld and ignored.
But mixed with the sadness was the knowledge that the town was indeed victorious. Even enemies as fearsome as angels and demons could be resisted, and overcome. The town would rise again, and the residents that would dwell here in the future would remember the epic struggle that once took place.
The artifact was disassembled, its pieces carefully stored away, and in its place a monument to the battle and the deceased was erected to stand as a reminder for the generations to come. And as full-scale war broke out between the angels and demons, each of their infiltration teams, and indeed the Hearth itself would soon be forgotten...
Town Victory!
Epilogue
"So, today's the day."
"Yeah. The excavation team should reach the source today, and soon the new power plant will be able provide enough energy for the entire planet."
"I can't believe that such an immense source of heat and radiation was underneath the ground all this time!"
"I was pretty shocked too, when they told me the first time. But the scientists say that it's been there for at least ten thousand years, if not more."
"Seriously? How did it go unnoticed? Surely the surveyors would have noticed!"
"Apparently, only in recent months did the energy signature intensify. The head researcher says they still don't understand the exact composition of the core, but nonetheless, we should be able to extract enormous amounts of geothermal energy."
"What? They don't understand what it is, exactly? Should we really be tapping it if that's the case?"
"Well, we still don't completely understand the light drive. Are you going to stop traveling because of that?"
"I guess not. Wait, do you hear that rumbling sound? And why is the ground shaking?"
A gargantuan explosion quickly consumed everything in the local vicinity, and a devastating shockwave shattered the entire planet, sending millions of chunks of matter into space, streaming in all directions. All that remained was a pulsing mass of strange energy, which coalesced into a roughly humanoid figure. This new creature opened its eyes for the first time in centuries, and seemed to gaze at the universe around it with pure hatred...
But you'll have to wait to find out what happens, next time, in Power Role: Apocalypse!

TOWN WINS
I have to admit that I sucked hard until syllo died. Then I realized that I sucked hard. Then I decided to step up my play into "sucking less than hard".
|
nicely played guys

I say Demons won Town the game IMO. I don't think anyone would push a Jackal case if the demons hadn't placed a vote on him.
Plus, the fact that Tyrran was away during his lynch was hilarious

Any chance we get access to the QTs, Zona? Also, thanks for hosting a great game!
