It's just that TL has such a weird/bad draft that IWD can't get enough pressure done with Elise, which means IWD does next to nothing in a teamfight, and all Santorin has to do is maybe land a spear, use Nidalee's heal to keep one person from getting bursted, and go into cougar form to blow up Xpecial or IWD or Quas. Cougar form to blow up tank Elise, Alistar, and Maokai. Ok.

Seems a bit ridiculous to have so many champions that are not viable at all There have been a lot of remakes, some better than others. But lets be honest, of the three champs released this years, 0 were in that game. Alistar, Maokai Nid and Sivir are oldschool. Elise is a 2012 champ. The power creep exists, but it's not too bad imo.

Bjergsen is still doing his thing but Dyrus is really playing much better than we've seen him in months. Even Turtle is getting caught less (although he still got caught last game). Oh yeah Dyrus has been great past two weeks, no doubt about it. But keep in mind that regular season TSM finish 5th, just because they are better doesn't mean they are as good as, say, in spring.

Don't consider that a remake but Fiora and Sion are the ones I mean. I'm not very hopeful about Mordekaiser, either.

It's there but some champions have kits that will always be relevant, like the ones you mentioned above.

Meanwhile Elise has like 110 MR from Locket and Merc treads, Maokai has a similar number and will only get it buffed when he's ulting, and Alistair is busy tanking damage from Jinx and Azir with his ult, so a ult-less, low HP Alistair is what Santorin has to deal with.

Riot occasionally blanket nerfs a ton of stuff via itemization.

It's funny, I almost never see games where people are saying either of the teams play well. Like, about 50% of games, people say both teams played bad. And about 90%+ they say that one of the teams play bad. The only conclusion I can see is that every team is bad. Kind of weird considering they are the best teams available.

It's like TL can never forget the grudge of LMQ denying them a place at Worlds with the 2-3 reverse sweep, so must forever go wherever TiP goes.

I think tsm just are winning the clutch fights, TL seems to win all the rest. Unfortunately it's the clutch fights that lead to the big objectives that win the game. Liquid isn't getting towers and drags sheet their wins. Slim margin between being 2-0, 1-1, and 0-2.

TiP can deny TL's world chances yet again by beating them in 3-4th place match ![]()
