The struggle of pepi is that afaik he's one of the main reason giants is Spanish only because of weak English. So he's basically stuck with Spaniards destined to struggle forever, he should start a support group with czaru. | ||

1. Pepinero maxes Charm 2nd for the higher duration, personally not a fan because it sacrifices a lot of dmg from foxfire. 2. Forgiven goes W 2nd on Lucian. Havent played the champ in a long time but last time I remember e second was standard but he probably likes the higher burst dmg. | ||
