SHC really seems like a solid team. No glaring weaknesses. Mimer came with a lot of hype in lcs and failed pretty hard, but maybe he just needed the time to build up his champion pool. He seems one of the better tops right now in eulcs. Rallez always performs, very strong laner, so even when meta shifts to more laning again, he should even be stronger.
And Selfie also seems to perform pretty solid.

I'd say selfie and impaler's inconsistencies are their current biggest weaknesses. Selfie is an incredibly yolo player which makes him throw or lose his fair share of matches (Only yasuo ulting a renekton at 50 minutes >_<) and impaler can just have awful matches.

The build is heavy CDR focused, how much he ended up with has more to do with what his team needed than anything.
