Just because you don't automatically win with Shen on your team does not make him "not as good as people think." It was shown over and over again just how absurd he is.

Shen is broken and horribly overpowered. I don't know why you think that the only evidence of a champion being OP is that their team automatically wins just by virtue of possessing said champ. There are some champs that are mostly OP because of solo queue dynamics that don't dominate in ranked, but Shen is a perfect example of a champion that's OP in every arena. That fact doesn't change just because lesser players or teams got a hold of him and still found ways to lose. I'm pretty sure there were also cases where Shen dominated all game but the rest of the team flopped too hard to win.

He will be nerfed again, mark my words.
