At any point of IEM Kiev, if you think of an interesting byline, please drop a sentence in the Pro Scene thread. (e.g. "Day 2: M5 hype was everything people expected") At the end of the month, I'll catalogue the results of Kiev but also any interesting facts or events that happen over the course of the tournament. Thanks. Neo, 20.1.2012 |

I don't see M5 losing to aaa, and I'm hoping Dignitas has their head in the game for Sypher.

is there anyway to get just the audio from twitch and/or own3d streams?

Melt down by Dignitas will be very sad to me. They were outclassed by M5 (who looks the strongest at Kiev by far) but Dig played solidly vs aAa.

If you can get on teamspeak I can leave my mic open and just let is all play through while I watch. You're probably at work though so ^_^

I don't really see Dig losing against Sypher from the previous game. And I even less see aAa not getting utterly and thoroughly stomped by M5.

i hope they mean 18:10 cet and not 19:10 oO

Maybe OP should mention games are on the Viktor patch, not the Ahri patch.

According to the schedule they have it right. I'm assuming that's for a dinner break which coincides perfectly with a lunch break for us East Coasters ^_^

I originally put it as Viktor patch, but they are essentially the same patch with Viktor enabled and a few hotfixes.

Yeah would be really annoying if it's 19:10.Can someone enlighten me why do they need so much time between games?I really don't get it.

after last game they also said that its 25 mins till m5 vs aaa, i heard it loud and clear.

As mentionned yesterday in this thread, there were no Viktor patch, as per say, everything about Viktor was already in Ahri patch.

I missed the early games. How good does M5 look? Should we just pencil in the M5 TSM finals now?

Monster. Probably won't lose a game in the tournament. Unless TSM steps up their game. Diamondprox looks like hands down the worlds best jungler atm at least outside of asia. They crushed both games in 20 minutes and basically insta locked picks as well.

They have scheduled start times for each game in the group, which means they have to spread out the start times in the case that a game runs 60 minutes or longer, so they won't fall behind. Game times are hard to predict and it just so happens that at this event all the games are running really fast so the downtime between the games is absurdly long.
They mentioned it was 25 minutes til M5 vs aAa, but I think he meant an hour and 25 minutes

there is now a countdown on stream that says 51 minuites

If games go the way I think most people expect, it will be TSM vs. Dig and M5 vs. SK in Semis, which would probably lead to a M5 TSM final.
Edit - oh yeah, Diamondprox has been a total baller in the jungle..
