It's funny but ryze isn't bluebuff dependent at all apart from the earlymidgame(before glacial), he gets like 40% cdr from the items and with 4k+ mana he doesn't really run out of mana too often either. | ||

I really don't get it either, they seem like wasted bans to me... you can just pick another AP and they usually do a fine job at the role. I don't think there's many AP bans that really affect the flow all that much unless it's a specific one like on Xerath. | ||
