But god forbid a leak doesn't end up being true then the journalist gets called a liar. Right. Also, you know, almost all the journalists with connections that weren't captured by Riot/the teams have been forced out of the scene by Reddit/Riot.

"So they all want to meet them and they love the idea of just messing around with Shaq.” so they probably already met and that picture is from then. that figure is actually way taller. that is more than a foot difference lol. ofc just a guess, but makes more sense.

But 15 minutes of no action and just trading towers sure is killing entertainment value.

But 15 minutes of no action and just trading towers sure is killing entertainment value. That has a lot to do with teams being bad at laneswapping, and not knowing how to play aggressive around their strong side when they lane swap. If you watch proper laneswap games, aggressive teams will know how to push their strong side advantage and try and accelerate the game. Problem is a lot of bad teams don't know how to play laneswap, so they play laneswap passively, hoping to come out even.

Even Rox tigers play a fairly boring laneswap when they do get into one, they just make the rest of the game interesting. I'd like to see them make botlane objectives like dragon really easy to take in a 3v2 for major rewards (for example, flat teamwide EXP, which obviously makes it so much stronger to get dragons early) and make towers smarter.

top: Fiora, GP, graves, Quinn, Poppy, Nautilus, Lissandra, Lulu, Rammus, Maokai, Ekko, trundle (malphite) Jungle: Elise, Lee, Kindred, Gragas, nidalee, Reksai, rumble(?) There's a bit of overlap between jungle/top but definitely plenty of viable picks available. Expanding to the rest of the roles: Mid: Ahri, Azir, Corki, Ez, LB, Lux, TF, Varus, Zed, Zilean, Viktor ADC: Ashe, Cait, Jhin, Kalista, Kog, Lucian, sivir, trist, vayne (jinx, Draven from time to time) Support :Ali, Bard, braum, Thresh, Soraka 4X meta picks atm, and you can make an argument for probably about 10 more.

If there was no laneswapping then other champs would stop being played because of how bad they are at laning.

Also, are you saying it's ok to promote a meta where the "not strong at laning but good at lane swap" champs are highlighted but the "good at laning but bad at lane swap" champs are neglected?

The issue comes from blind picking champs rather than the champs being too weak. There aren't really any champs that are strong at laneswaps but bad at laning. There are only champs that are bad to blind pick.
