I take it that it has something to do with intelligent use of your Q as well as just running towards them at appropriate times? I also imagine Boots of Swiftness being a factor as well. Well, first of all you should probably take mercs with alacrity enchant instead, if the enemy is magic damage. Secondly, be a man. Show them who is boss in the lane. Make them scared to cs. Then, if they don't respect your manliness, run at them and kill them. Also, know the range where you can flash q ignite e someone while they have no chance to escape due to silence.

I honestly don't see how Garen can deal with a decent player playing lulu, lissandra or Kennen. The only way you will ever kill them is if you flash q and 100-0 them before they can escape. They have too much cc, range and zone potential. What can Garen even do vs lulu? She will just auto attack you to death all laning phase and if you ever go in on her she can shield herself and speed away, once she hits 6 you will never kill her if she gets her ult off. I guess you jsut need to beg your jungler but otherwise...

All of her tools says "anti-Garen" in big, red ink.

It's easy to outplay a Teemo with a good Flash all-in, Lissandra is just close to impossible. Lissandra also have a much more threatening teamfight presence and easier to play in a team than Teemo.

Also, you gotta dodge her shit. If you can't do that, the lane is gonna suck obviously.

Abuse cooldowns a lot, your cd's are shorter (at least after a couple levels, since she maxes Q). Also, you gotta dodge her shit. If you can't do that, the lane is gonna suck obviously. Her W is fool-proof in stopping Garen's aggression though. Just press a button and good to go.

Her W is really predictable though, just move back a little bit as soon as you're in W range, she uses W, you run back in. You might say that's predictable, but you only gotta do it once, then flash on her when your cd's are back up and she's dead.

I understand what you are saying, but it's really hard to do reliably.

Yeah I know it's hard, but you have about 3 shots to do it (with pots + passive). If you actually land it, you do win pretty hard, so as soon as you can do it 1/2 or 1/3 times, the lane does get a lot better. Also RIP east coast players. Ofcourse, this is just my strat, Teut probably has a much better one. Edit: In his AMA Forgiven just said that he respected and admired puszu a lot. Eat it haters.
