Poll: Which Season's Jungle was the best? Season 1. I liked it when you could ban out all the playable junglers (6) Season 2. It was better when you didn't have a jungle to farm. Your laners took care of that. (12) Season 3. I liked not having to make decisions like what items to buy. (0) Season 4. Ganking was overrated anyways. Free wards for every lane are cool. (6) Season 5. Idk, too early to say. (6) 30 total votes Your vote: Which Season's Jungle was the best? (Vote): Season 1. I liked it when you could ban out all the playable junglers

You were an aegis carrier for a while rather than a selfish carry role. I preferred S2 to S3 and S4 as well. I didn't play S1 but I hear it was so hard you could only really jungle Lee, Trundle, Udyr, and a few others efficiently enough. I do remember S2 having a strong Udyr Shyvana and AoE clearer meta though.

Then again, I imagine I'm fairly bias as 2 of my favorite champs are 2 of the best junglers in J4 and Pantheon at the moment.

I've been starting to play a lot of Annie to go back to the basics, and I've had plenty of fun. Recently I went into Ranked playing with a cdr-"tanky" buil inspired by this video, but then I searched into OP.gg/Inven guides and there doesn't seem to be much about that kind of build in Korea, to not say nothing at all, and that made me doubt the actual usefulness of it. What do you think about the build, way too gimmicky or can it be optimal depending on the situation (like no other tanks in the game)? I just personally like the idea of it being the new Ryze or so to speak, abusing low cooldowns for damage and building mana/tanky.

But that's only what I've observed, I have no actual, useful opinion on the matter.

Annie should be a champion that you completely tailor your builds depending upon team compositions. As others said, your main use to your team is landing a nice AOE Tibbers stun. Tanky or full damage can work completely fine. Depending upon the enemies and your team just tailor your build. Generic advice I know, but also extremely relevant in regards to Annie.

I know there's a bruiser annie guide on TL. http://www.liquidlegends.net/forum/lol-strategy/475210-guide-bruiser-build-annie

I didn't play S1 but I hear it was so hard you could only really jungle Lee, Trundle, Udyr, and a few others efficiently enough. I do remember S2 having a strong Udyr Shyvana and AoE clearer meta though. The S2 jungle "problem" was not about diversity of junglers, just about how there was a single, dominant, strategy that basically was a low-econ GP5+Oracles and ward clearing style. Which let your laners CS more freely and ganks were very strong. The thing is, the non-jungle changes we have had since S2 would have mostly solved the problems of S2. Increased ambient gold and reduced gold on CS makes junglers richer by default, and makes ganks less worthwhile because if you dont get a kill they don't zone a player off hundreds of gold in CS. Removal of oracles frees junglers from buying a major gold sink so they are richer again, and a single death doesn't ruin your game. Athenes changes and the introduction of new (or rework/buffs of old) champions has made the infinite farm karthus/anivia/ori less plausible so the taxing of jungle camps would have been reduced anyways. Maybe some small tweaks like increased gold/exp for jungle monsters killed by smite and the S2 jungle, plus our non-jungle changes is mostly fixed, with the likes of Udyr, Hecarim, and Amumu still strong alongside our S3+ junglers. Right now if those guys could clear the jungle while surviving in a reasonable fashion they would be S-tier toplaners. Like, a super Gnar.
