the most noticeable change is the e slow duration nerf. you really feel it early game. but with max cdr and maxed e its still going to be tough to escape. thats really the take-away for me. you press e a lot more now. edit: looking at stats my damage was quite high in the post patch game. maybe it was an overall buff to her sustained dps. i dont really think buffing her damage will increase her popularity though.

ill be interested to see if she pops up in lcs this season. somehow i doubt it. she has clearly defined strengths and weaknesses and those are things that arent really conducive to lcs games. but at the same time she's not a bad champion. your team has to fuck up pretty badly to lose if you land her ults throughout the game. she was terrible in the s4 jg, but she was my most played champ in s3, and the jungle in s5 is MUCH better for her then s4.

Her issue in competitive play after her rework was that the meta was heavily invested in the "laneswap then have jungler cover to solo laner doesn't get buttfucked out of tower" phase and she had 0 ways to help clear the wave without getting chunked to all hell. She'll still probably have issue with protecting herself in the jungle and that has been a big red flag outside of edge cases like 420wick. I wouldn't expect to see her at all in competitive.

Lots of people still rush t3 red trinkets asap unless 3-4+ members of the team are on red trinkets already. I wouldn't say the costs are that prohibitive for the amount of map control upgraded sweepers give you, it's more a problem with people not wanting to spend their own money on map vision >.> Not to mention the item hard counters pretty important gameplay elements in several champions, buying it should really have to be a trade-off.

That's kinda my point. This would cut the cost and make people suck it up an actually playing the map.

I think for most solo queue games keeping it at tier 2 is fine (unless you're support then t3 is good idea).

That logic is like saying "low elo people don't ward enough, we should halve the price of wards/sightstone" >.> It's one thing to overbuff a truly weak thing a little, so people get drawn to utilising it and it can be scaled back again once people get the hang of it, but something which is already widely recognised and used, not to mention completely shuts down sections of the champion pool, really shouldn't get that treatement imo. Besides, if you're complaining about people not valuing vision enough in soloq, is making it dramatically harder to get benefit from your wards actually going to encourage people to place more of them? Being able to completely clear a section of your/the enemy jungle alone is huge on assassins, and getting a guaranteed clearing of all wards around a lane or objective gives you a ton of information as a jungler too. Not sure how jungle is affected by the new wraiths buff, but it's still invaluable on assassins~

Support -> sightstone/(any of: support item(frostqueen/mountain)/boots1 -> t3 trinket, usually around the second dragon timing depending on money Jungler -> jungle item/T2Boots/one big item -> t3 trinket if there's money On top/mid it's a if I remember/have the money thing until 4+ items, having pinks is more important than having an upgraded sweeper on top/mid IMO. Putting the pink in a defensive position (ex. red buff bush near dragon/baron pit, banana brush etc.) allows supports/junglers to sweep/ward deeper and it's usually less of a gold investment as well in the short term.

Though I can sort of see their plight, since Scarra was more a coach for Dig, but just happened to be their sub too (let's be honest here, no team takes their sub position seriously). So since coaches weren't officially recognized, I could see where the misstep is, but still..... can't be pulling this short of shit anymore. I don't see how the 3 week ban really works though. Only big thing is Scarra can't be behind stage coaching players in the midst of the games, but I guess players could always just step out to talk to him. Seems like a punishment that can't really be enforced effectively.

It took a non-0 time before, but a fraction of a second. Now it takes almost half a second just to do the animation, and then she casts it. It also keeps not casting on the target my mouse pointer is on, but considering I've kept having spells go through people/hit people the particles weren't hitting on my screen that's prob the new map and not Lissandra herself. Still extremely annoying. But that "cast time" makes it irritating to use at max range, because it doesn't cast (nor goes on cooldown) before the animation is done, so I've seen it start several times then just not complete because people leave range. It's also super easy to black shield it now because instant of being almost instant it's very obviously telegraphed. I started learning Lissandra post-"fix" and I have noticed that it's really hard for me to ult myself or someone else in situations where I think I should be able to. Note that I've only had like 3 games on her, but it's not like I've never played her before.
