Is there some sort of standard that I am not aware of? A lot of runes are best in slot for that type. That page is almost certainly armor yellows, cdr blues, mpen reds, and AD quints.

For example, an AD quint is worth 2.36 AD reds, while an mpen quint is worth 2.23 mpen reds, so if you wanted AD and Mpen you'd fill up your mpen in reds first and AD in quints first. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_runes#Primary_runes

Also I can't see Shaco use Deceive from the fog of war anymore. Is that a change? I don't remember patch notes talking about it. He also stopped Darius' ult by using Deceive. Going invisible shouldn't stop that, since Wukong using Decoy after the animation starts will still get it. Getting out of range still gets you hit too (Flashing out doesn't stop it), so there's no reason for Deceive to cancel the cast.

For instance, Olaf and Singed are currently suboptimal picks. But with some changes to that speed up item, a few nerfs in the toplane, and a nerf to Lucian they could become FOTM without any buffs. This would not mean that people who are advocating those picks now are correct, and were just secretly smarter than us all, it means they were wrong until they were right. Like a guy who short sold mortgages from 2000-2009, he wasn't smart that whole time, just at the end he was right once.

He was top 3 top laners after people figured out the rework, got some slaps on the wrist, and was immediately dropped.

Still minor nerfs leading to characters never being touched again has always been a league of legends thing even if they are completely fine and still pretty strong
