Best question that I've heard about this.
What if you're playing say, a Grand Theft Auto game, that has real music playing inside of the game. Will that get flagged and mute the game?

We’ve partnered with Audible Magic, which works closely with the recorded music industry, to scan past and future VODs for music owned or controlled by clients of Audible Magic. This includes in-game and ambient music.

Yes. TB mentioned turning off stations in his Watch Dogs Review and even playing copy righted music in a trailer for a game that is given to you to advertise(ie a preview trailer of gta5 meant to you know promote the game) can get you in hot water in youtube. It's unlikely that it'd be different here.

I'm definitely not comfortable in support and mine is legit silver level, but every other role I play is legit diamond except maybe mid which is still plat. I'm not up to date on meta picks for a lot of my roles but what really matters is that you can play a game and get carried when you end up forced onto that role, because it will happen a lot, especially lower.
But I'm a big fan of just playing ranked to gain experience on champions. The best practice for judo is judo.

Wouldn't really define comfortable as a random skill level though.Comfortable would be being able to be a positive to solo carry presence for your team in most games.

if there is a role you really hate, the best thing to do is do a troll pick but be really serious about it. When I get stuck with support I usually bust out the urgot support but act really serious and start talking about strategy. gets a dodge most of the time. if you troll pick and then give off a troll attitude as well people tend to just say fuck it and go with it

No sorry I forgot to put "not" in front of "comfortable" hahaha
But yeah I basically think if you're able to carry when you get at least two roles then you should be fine as long as you're not auto-losing on more than one role. I haven't won a support game since plat, but I'm still rising pretty hard.

Im so happy. It finally happened. Over a month in silver 1 tryharding, 4 failed series.

Also vayneauthority wow what an asshole.I never dodge just cause sadly that is the only way to get the reports in to ban the annoying players like this.
I guess losing as much as you gain for dodging is really fucking annoying as well.

Dodging doesn't lose you MMR, just LP. You will get the LP back the next game regardless of the outcome.
If you dodge then lose you will lose less LP than if you had just lost 1 game such that the total LP after playing an actual game is the same regardless of whether or not you dodged
If you dodge then win you will win more LP than if you had just won 1 game such that the total LP after playing an actual game is the same regardless of whether or not you dodged.
There isn't really a reason, unless you're in a promo series where a dodge counts as a loss, to not dodge games anymore. The penalty is all in your head.

The cost is not being able to report the troll who made you dodge. And helping to get another toxic member out of the community is worth the hit in MMR/LP tbh.

If everyone dodged the trolls instead of report them, the trolls would never be able to play and therefore be removed anyway. Not that i dodge often / can remember the last time i did lol.

I've dodged ranked games twice ever. If I get one of my worse roles, then oh well, at least I get to practice that role more. As for when you're ready to start ranked: whenever you feel like you're ready. If you've played normals up to level 30, you should at least have some idea of what's going on.

does dodging a game during a promotion series DQ you from the series or just gives you one loss?

No, just one loss unless you at 2 losses already
