UI blockage I think is actually fairly minor.
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/drvTwAw.jpg)
The original sizing of the UI is quite frankly bloat sized, along with the huge vision block.
If I had the option, I'd cut off the ping and camera controls on top of the minimap as well, and possibly some of the border.
Minimap on left is a disadvantage, but I can't live with it on right, and at this point it's too late to change I think. Can't change all those years of looking there for the map. Even spec mode bugs me because I never look at bottom right because there's generally no important information there aside from item cooldowns which I can keep a mental timer on normally when I play.

They had a camera option that was basicly locked cam as long as your mouse was in the center of the screen, but when you started moving the cursor around, the camera would move a bit off center towards the cursor. Was really practical cause you didn't have to control camera like in lol, but it still wasn't locked in place in the middle which could make you lose sight of stuff. Oh man, I've played that game a lot with some TL people back then, was an awesome game to be honest.

Yeah it was loads of fun, only downside was close to no active players ^^
And it was hard as fuck too, me and a friend got totally owned 2v1 vs some random rank (or whatever it was called) 26ish.

People still play this game? I remember I used to play a lot of Gunner, Reaver, Glutton and Astronomer. I've always hated to play against Ranid Assassins :\

I dont really know, it was played on Dreamhack summer in 2012 i know that much. Think servers still are up and running, but I cant imagine it having a lot of players.
Last update on their website is about a year ago, and their forums are down. Looks rather dead :/

Not that I know of.
Sadly, I think pure skillshot games are too hard to get into so people just quit before it gets fun. And no one wants to make a game that doesn't have those casual players anymore (cause $$$)

Oh man, there was that Starcraft 2 mod called "City of Tempest" that I played more than actual ranked, that was like LoL urf mode on steroids, still one of the best games I've played. Too bad it died out from lack of players, and it was indeed hard to get into...

streaming live from the spectator mode is a really smart move. built in delay, gives the viewer lots of bonus info. i like it ;o
assuming this being done with seraph permission? ;p else its a bit stalkerish.

I wonder if his permission is actually needed. There is nothing he can do if someone streams his game in spec mode.

NA LoL’s funeral was attended by several other ESPORTS franchises, including a group of StarCraft fans mournfully chanting “ded gaem” and a shellshocked party of DotA players who lamented that they had to find another game to send death threats to anyone affiliated with it.
Oh wow, haha.

I know Kelby asked the guy yesterday to stop streaming the matches and he did. There's a post on reddit about it. Permission isn't "needed" but it's polite to ask I think and respect the persons wishes. It's one thing watch it yourself and another to stream it.

I saw a reddit post regarding the temp accounts for allstars for pros from other regions... how they start at D1 and things......
I wonder if any of these have been found?

Good for him, but I am pretty sure CLG can't do anything about that if he refused to stop.
