When you play a game for three years you should improve significantly. Not always true, what about the pple in bronze forever

Also depends on dedication, I'd still say I play league, but it's been a while and I dont play a low when I do.

Thats like no changes at all lol.For how much talk there was this indeed is very underwhelming.

Out with Armor Seals on every champ, in with Health Seals on every champ?

looks like they couldn't settle on a real rework and are pushing out arbitrary changes just to say something was done
oh it says so right on the page, i can read i swear
'We're still committed to exploring the best way to make runes an interesting and dynamic system for all players, but in the meantime we'll be implementing some basic changes in the next patch.'

From a jungle side, I think nothing changes there. I want that full 12/13 armor, not 4 lol. Maybe for lanes however?

Why did they nerf lifesteal? Cuz adc's totally needed to be weaker....
|
Lets screw over anything that does not start with BT/Bork even harder. Because that is a nice thing to do. LS quint are fine right now.
Also the fact that scaling cdr is not more than twice as efficient as flat breaks their design policy.

First thoughts:
Scaling Armor and Scaling Health seals are going to be really good in a lot of matchups.
CDR quints probably going to be good in very specific situations, but not really a mainstream thing.
Lifesteal quint nerf probably significant but hard to guess exactly what the effect will be.

I understand they think LS is too dominant of a choice for adc's but that's largely because they made vamp sceptre 800 gold to unlock lifesteal.... adc's got shafted again. Everyone gets higher base armor, and ls gets nerfed.

Honestly if we're talking about early game, the change to Feast makes it about even. It's a late game nerf sure.
What I think is significant is that everybody who runs Feast but not Lifesteal (lots of mids and tops and jungles) gets a buff.

Higher base armour doesn't mean shit unless people don't use armour seals. Since they now made it clear that scaling > flat at level 6, I'm still going to keep them since junglers need them from level 1 and Jax needs all the help he can to reach 6 against the FotM.

I've stopped using lifesteal quints ever since the dblade nerf and longsword can be bought along with 3 pots. It's just a personal preference of mine.

cdr quint changes a hidden lulu buff, hopefully she doesn't get gutted before then

Actually increased base armor makes scaling hp even better than the marked improvement. And overall defensive runes have gotten better.

i run scaling hp on some of my more squishy mids if im not vs an ad hero anyways

He has some mana issues, but they are a lot less with the Spirit Stone sustain, and his clear is actually pretty godly now. I finish blue at 2:00 and keep powering through all game. He is flexible in builds for the 1st time in forever, and I have even had success building some AP/Tank stats on him. Masteries I have been using (Been going back & forth between 5% AS/ CDR): + Show Spoiler +Runes: + Show Spoiler +Matches from yesterday, 7-2 in the past 2 weeks with him now: + Show Spoiler + 21 in offense in the jungle on maokai? sounds horrible, imma try it
What i dislike about rune changes is that you can't play and experiment with them unless you invest a large sum of IP
