Just like it should be normal to ban smurfs right? Imp was having a "private" conversation with a friend. God forbid someone leaks out everything you've said in confidant to your friends.

I always hated how somone who hacked into his personal information and posted it publically was the victim compared to the person who was talking to 2-3 friends privately but welcome to the 2000s baby where we pretend to be liberal but are so uptight it hurts.

the fact that he's personally attacking the other guy is what should be noticed, but if its a private conversation there's nothing wrong with this sort of thing as long as it doesn't get leaked didn't destiny leak his girlfriends nudes or something i think thats far from trash talking about things around your friends

Saying it in professional game/setting, and saying it in private are 2 completely different things. there's no way in fucking hell there's going to be a headline if someone said "HEY THIS GUY USED THE WORD FAGGOT IN A PRIVATE CONVERSATION WE HAD"

There's a very good argument to be made that this isn't fair and people who are in positions as role models like a professional athelete shouldn't have to step on eggshells in their private lives etc. But regardless of how good an argument it is, it's pretty disjoined from reality at this point. If somebody posts a picture of it on the internet, it's not private anymore.

and I used the word f** in the sentence where Imp describes Piglet. The word there is merely a random derogatory term (Just like bast**/bit* /ret**) and not a homophobic statement.

That's just going to go down the rabbit hole of privilege and ignorance w/r/t minorities. It does matter yo, either your language and unconscious (I hope) behaviors are perpetuating and reinforcing negative stereotypes, or you are opposed to them. There's not a morally defensible benign apathy position here folks. Remember that gender discussion that came up a while ago? TS folks in the U.S. have an attempted suicide rate of 41% which is terrifyingly high[Source]. That's not coincidental to the society they find themselves in. So let's not even have that "argument". What are people starting/building first on squishable pokey supports (Karma/Lulu/Zyra/Nami etc) these days? the word faggot when used on the internet is far from homophobic homophobic people using the word faggot isn't a problem homophobic people are the problem there is some overlap when abused LGBT community see the word faggot used a lot online when they were abused by it and maybe that's an okay reason why people shouldn't use it are you really arguing that people using a word somehow prepetuates homophobia? TS people attemped suicide rates being so high is proboably a lot to do with people not being accepting of them and trying to force gender on people its retarded to think that he COD kids are causing the problem, and not ignorant and paranoid people who think gays are indoctrinating children and that homosexuality is a disease On February 23 2014 02:52 Ketara wrote: Thing is wei, once somebody posts the text of your private internet conversation in public, it's no longer a private conversation, it's a public conversation. If somebody posts a picture of it on the internet, it's not private anymore. its kinda sad though its like the way clinton got fucked ove because he cheated on his wife like cheating on your wife isnt even illegal it just should be the end of that relationship if B.Clinton being president would save even one life over G.Bush shouldn't we prefer bill clinton? its just that we don't give a shit about the people in wartorn countries dying because we don't live there, it doesn't affect us, while having a president cheating on his wife might be a poor rolemodel to everyone in america, and that scares everyone a lot more.
