Teemo, bad idea. Renekton is your quinetessial AD caster. By level 4-5, he can dash in and enrage Q in your face to deal more damage and heal. In general, gap closers in top lane hurts Teemo considerably.
Vlad, doable. Be the aggro at level 1, push the lane early and hit level 2 and 3 first. Avoid positioning yourself in the creep like where you can get double dashed to. Defensive when lane is pushed into you. Play aggro when you have the creep wave. If croc is dumb enough to dash in when you have the wave on your side, fight. Force him to eat more minion damage can he can trade out. Who would you call the pinnacle of lane bullies? I mean of course it will vary from match up to match up, but are there some champions that you'd classify as the biggest lane bullies? Because I always assumed that Renekton was best lane bullies out there. I'd call yorick the "pinnacle of lane bullies" most match ups amount to crying until the pain is over and you win because that's a yorick.

Anyway, mid lane lulu is surprisingly viable right now. I tried her a bunch of times these days and found her way better than I expect.
Pro；
very strong and safe in lane(you have a shield, enhanced autos and a cheap waveclear. you eq combo is an almost guaranteed harassing. )
strong roaming (w is a one point wonder, and your ult can turn the tide of any early skirmish.)
good against mobile assassins (you can both handle them in lane and out-roam them. Your cc and ult hurt them hard in team fight. )
decent utilities and pokes in team fight even if you are behind ( which is the reason when she is mainly used as a support.)

damage falls off at late game even with lichbane. no insta-kill wonder. You need either toplane or jungler providing extra damage.

I am not a good player (S1 before reset) and the number of mine games on her is not high enough, so I might be wrong here. But I am seriously considering continuing spamming her in soloq as long as my teammates are not flaming me.

I've been putting it off for too long, gotta work on my Lee Sin mechanics, specifically from a jungler role.
Edit: first game in normals with him (mainly to learn/relearn his mechanics) and go 5/5/30, basically full build too (Golem/Randuins/Sunfire/BV/Sightstone/Mobi Boots). Definitely need to work on him a bit more, but this first attempt was good. Camped mid to feed ally Riven vs Yasuo, and would just fly around in team fights shielding and kicking people in the face.

I played top lulu for fun in S3, pub stomped hard but in S4 those hyper tanks made the little yordle cry. I never really tried her mid but I'll give it a go if I get the chance.

I'd say that Trundle is far superior to Nunu as a lane bully now.
His sustain is essentially free, he has the option to steal defense and offense, and no one remembers his W doesn't only increase movespeed, it also increases healing and atkspeed, which means you can regen more with potions and also whack stuff down even faster while sticking to it even better.
