MF does it in 1.25s if they stay in it, in a rather large cone. Twitch does it once per auto, so depending on AS, and only as a piercing skillshot that can be avoided and shouldn't it all 5, so the goal isn't the same. Plus Twitch is usually your main damage source when he ults, MF isn't.

looking at soloq stats is allways interesting. There are three very overrated champions at the moment:
1. Annie. She is banned a ton and picked a ton but barely has a 50% winrate overall. The supports who actually win games currently are Leona 53% and Sona 52%. I believe part of that mediocre winrate would be missplay, especially the trend to not buy crucial items like sightstone which you even find up to plat.
2. Lee. I think here too an important reason for him to have such a low winrate (46%) is missplay too, because apparently Lee Sin is one of the hardest melee champions mechanically and there are so many different ways you can utilitize his spells in combat that there's quite a difference between a good and a bad Lee. That said, I think he is overrated as an overall pick. He is good in/against certain comps and situations but he is picked as a general purpose jungler which he is simply not.
3. Fizz. For some reason people shit their pants currently when they face him, so they ban him quite a lot. I'am not sure why. He has some goodness but he isn't anything special. I play an ok gragas and don't have much trouble against him. I bet there are some champions who have a hard time against fizz but his overall winrate of 48% isn't reflecting the fear ppl have of him.

I would say MF got screwed by the fact that her #1 wombo combo partner got nerfed pretty much out of comp play (amumu), and the fact that aside from that teams learned that if there's MF + (insert AoE CC champion), DONT STACK UP
also her ult is interruptable, flash + stun means mf's teamfight contribution is severely negated plus now there's someone in your face who you probably can't kill very easily because you're immobile and your damage isn't completely nuts (compared to other escape-less carries like kog/twitch/varus)

Yasuo + Vi is such a sick combo, with the double ult you can delete almost any carry in a second, also if Vi ult is in CD she can use Q to allow Yasuo R.
