Can't you just start mana pots as Lulu? I always take at least 2, and I tend to buy 1-2 more each back if I see the opportunity to go aggro in lane.

Pick up a mp/5 quint and 3-4 mp/5 blues, don't use your Q at rank 1.
Mana issues largely mitigated.

Q not worth using util lvl 2, where you can start abusing the Q->E combos. Otherwise missing them hurts, a lot.

My buddy (the one I have mentioned around here before, the one that says "oracles is the jungler's job, i can't afford it" and spends his meager support gold on stuff like glacial shroud and that nega+ruby item instead of pink wards) told me he paid someone to boost him to Gold, I reprimanded him severely, he was unaffected.
Now with only two days to go, I am quite sure that his elo boosting will fail, because he was in Silver 4, and the people he paid to do it are kinda lazy. I am quite pleased that he has lost money and will not attain his false Gold.

Pretty much! I have encountered him bragging to people in customs that he's plat because his nameplate says plat 4, because he played and lost one game on a plat 3v3 team, but is silver 4 in solo queue. if you care enough about your rank to brag, you damn well better care enough to attain that rank by your own hand

It depends who does the boosting.There are some sites that are pretty expensive like 2/3euros per win in silver and they have quite a few users.

That's why it's retard proof, but number wise, Q max does max dmg's.
If you're godlife and could hit every single possible skillshot like a god, Q max is numerically better.
But, most of us are scrubs, so E max is best. Though, I do like getting 2 points in W, pre-6.

Assuming they're doing it for the end of season reward, it wouldn't be insane to think that it's worth a minimum of 40-50 bucks imo. Borders + Skin + Elise (if you don't already own her), is worth a fancy penny.
