Might not be worth counting, but iirc OMG used it against Lemondogs in that weird veigar comp they did.

He needs to be in melee range to do anything. Probably the better answer is "because he's old and a bunch of old melee champs have high movespeed" Like why does pantheon have 355 movespeed

Noct is very strong in lane and with farm. His complete inability to control his pushing due to passive is the reason he doesn't get serious play.

It's above average, but only by 5. I suppose you could make the argument to lower his movespeed down to 345, but honestly 350 movespeed isn't even close to what is OP about Jax if anything is.

Wait, what, so now if you dare to use formal language you're automatically classified as a wannabe smartass? Also I prefer Vi from the jungle, Vault Breaker loses a bunch of its appeal in lane I find, I prefer to just drop wards and get on the enemy jungler's ass or wait for my laners to bait aggro. It's a bit like Fiddle mid: sure, it works, but it's not nearly as fun as popping in from a bush with your ult or the good ole Terrify. Malph and Nautilus are exceptions because they're badasses like that, but I'm not sold on Nautilus' viability in lane. It was fun when he was released though. As for Phage, slows > MS buffs in most situations because they allow your teammates to catch up, increase the window for your opponent to reach his safety zone (allies, towers, etc.). Add to this that slows are inherently stronger by virtue of being applied last, meaning if you rely on a slow you can "counter" an enemy speed-up, and avoid having your gap closing/chasing option "countered" by a slow (Zilean's E doesn't mean shit if Cait hits her net on you, you won't get back in dash range). On the other hand MS buffs are often easier to apply than slows (since in most cases they're self-applied, the Rage passive being an exception), and in Phage's case on "pure melees" like Jax, ult-less Irelia, Wukong, etc. it makes it easier to get in range to begin with. Assuming both be 100% trigger chance, I'd rather have the slow (I remember playing Jax vs Shen right before and after the patch, didn't do nearly as much damage with Rage than with an early Icy proc because Shen would get to tower much faster so I'd hit less anyway, till I was strong enough to dive), but since icy was so inconsistent and sometimes you got RNG'd, Rage is stronger in the long run.

This whole champ a month thing was decent, but with the way they've dragged on the gaps just makes me bored.

The longer the gaps between champions the better it is for the game at this point. We already have way more champions then needed.

I don't see why anyone would pick Sivir over Quinn or Draven. Ricochet is a glorious autoreset in a 1v1 situation, and her ult does almost nothing other than make her move really fast. kill potential only zero for like 7 levels but probably not good if everyones playing ranged ads, can just pick fiora for that gg
