Charlie was a young girl when her father disappeared, and as such was treated like a child by the adults around her. When they told her he was "On a trip" she knew they were lying, when they said "he could be back anytime" she knew they had no idea. At night she would tell herself that when she got older, she would find out the truth about her father, even if the adults around her would never tell her.

Over the years she picked up any scrap of information she could surrounding who her father was, or where he might be, and the reality was dark. Her father had been a powerful sorcerer but that was not enough for him, he sought all things forbidden to try to grow and culture his power. Some say he was trying to find a way to pass through space and time itself, and one day had just up and vanished.

To aid her in her search she began to practice the shamanistic rituals of the air, the air would bring her information from miles around, secrets between two, even a whisper, all of it can be caught by the wind, eventually she heard wispers of a man, a man who had traveled to another world and back though a failed experiment, a man who came back from somewhere thought to be unescapable, could this be he father? She sets out for the Ministry of War on the information that this man had joined the Leauge of Legends.

Pikachu is able to release electric discharges of varying intensity. Pikachu has been known to build up too energy in its glands, and will need to discharge to avoid complications. It is also able to release energy through its tail, which acts as a grounding rod, as well as recharging fellow Pikachu with electric shocks. Pikachu can also electrify itself to use its signature move, Volt Tackle. When threatened, it looses electric charges from its sacs, and a group can build and cause lightning storms. It is found mostly in forests, where a sure sign that Pikachu inhabits a location is patches of burnt grass.
