how do you guys keep from raging? I play to win every game, and try to manage my temper... but when I have duo queues calling me a faggot the entire game or a bottom lane that has 4 deaths before I finish my red buff in platinum ranked I find it really, REALLY hard to contain my rage sometimes.. these games just weigh down on you when it seems like game after game is the same shit. The frustration is amplified by the fact that you lose 3x more LP than you win half the time, especially if you ever go on a losing streak and fuck your mmr.
