Support Annie is super fun. Hybrid pen + AP quints, start Doran's Shield. Q auto does like 150 damage at level 1 (IMO Q is much better at lvl 1, no stun up but the damage is really worth it). EDIT: I agree to an extent any champ with a point click stun *should* be viable as a support because of the ease of CC. Why not support TF? Pick a card is incredibly flexible-- free mana, a slow and a stun, E gives extra damage every few autos, and you can ult mid to save them, or to assist a jungle skirmish.

And yes, I realize I've been throwing out some pretty random ideas lately.
