I could see Riot setting up an online league, with a much smaller prize pool though, and no salaries(maybe a performance based thing, like $100 per team per win), with a 16 team league or something like that. | ||

On a completely non-league related side note, time to ask the wise TL-LoL GD for advice. I have an interview with the CTO of a small (about 50 people) company in Austin coming up in a few days, but I have no idea what to expect as far as the interview questions go. I'm unsure if the interview is going to be more personal or if it is going to be a super technical interview, and when I asked for clarification I was told to do my best. T_T Has anybody here ever interviewed with a CTO before, and if so what was it like? I have a few days to prepare, as this is my third and final interview with the company, but I'm not sure what I should be really preparing myself for. (First and second interview were technical interviews.) ^^to above, my votes for lociciero, that 100 cs gonna carry. | ||

No experience with CTOs but expect to be tested on technical competency if you haven't been tested yet. There's a chance that there is going to be no actual problem solving but instead asking you how you would approach a problem. They have a good baseline of what you're likely good at based on information from previous interviews/resume but knowing how to apply those skills is also important. Other than that I'd recommend standard interview stuff. Know exactly what the position entails, if you're lacking recommended skills, show a willingness to learn them (My case was not knowing all that much about SQL so I mentioned how with most companies moving as much to the cloud, learning about relational databases is extremely important for my future career). You're most likely gunning for a better job than I was though so take my advice with a grain of salt (I'm pretty new to the job interview thing) On the topic of league though, I'm hoping for an expanded challenger scene. Maybe put a go4lol style small bracket of featured challenger teams every week and cast them from replays since HOPEFULLY they're out by S4. | ||

I'll probably be spending my money on a dorans shield kindlegem sightstone and cdr boots, buying oracles/pinks when i need or want to, and stacking more ruby crystals. | ||
