So, yeah, didn't have RP at that time (well, not enough for those skins) and since I received some by mistake I decided I'd wait for interesting skins to go on sale since I don't plan on buying more RP. >> | ||

Wriggles is pretty much as cost efficient as base items if you ignore the lantern thingy and the passive. The passive is worthless toplane, and then lantern is ok, i guess, but if you really want wards that much then you'd better buy Sightstone in my opinion. Usually just 1-2 wards each back is a better solution. I can't remember when i ever saw someone build one toplane. I think it was popular in season 1 when it was way stronger, or something like that, but i didn't play back then. | ||

Wriggles isn't any more significant in cost efficiency; but more importantly it's not slot efficient. | ||

For example, Rageblade is efficient compared to stacking Blasting Wands, but for a AD/AP hybrid items, the baseline should be Hexetech Revolver. | ||

No one actually pays that much for mana regen because when you think "hmm I need mana regen" you don't stack Faerie Charms, you get a Chalice. | ||

Nobody would buy rejuv beads past the opening build except if they build into things - 5 HP5 is NOT worth 180g on paper. Also, any item that builds out of a rejuv bead gets a regen upgrade "for free" but regen scales poorly as the game goes on because you don't have constant low damage trading attrition fights like you do in early laning. 1. Its active is useful in the early game and progressively gets more worthless 2. It has buttloads of regen which is just bad and gets worse later in the game So clearly it is an Item you would want to get ASAP, yet 3. It costs 3k 4. It is middling AP and health, who are you going to buy it on? Its terrible 1st item compared to a SS item the jungler needs to clear, sightstone which a support needs to ward, or ROA if you want that type of stats on a mid. The thing is that Riot doesn't want early turret diving, they were really unhappy about all the 3 man volibear dives and stuff when that was really popular, so we get this bipolar useless item that they really don't want us to use at all. | ||
