How is Annie's ult bad and how is a suggestion to increase Tibbers move speed make it to their front page? If you really thought Annie wasn't viable why would this make her viable? Mark my words, if Riot makes Tibbers fast enough that people can't kite it that well in team fights Tibbers will become the best team fight ult in the game. It's already really close considering it's an AoE stun with high initial damage and 45 seconds of 30(+.2 AP) teamfight AoE dps if the enemy team doesn't focus on it (and if they focus Tibbers they aren't killing your team for probably a full 1-1.5 seconds so it's a win-win). | ||

One aspect of Annie's skills that really bothers me is the fact that Tibbers is so slow. After the initial summon, Tibber's isn't too big of a threat. Who cares what Tibbers does after the summons, trying to land a multi-person stun that does a good amount of burst damage is what makes the ult what it is. Having Tibbers walk around a deal damage is just a bonus imo. If there was direct pet control I could see it being more useful, but with the half-assed pet system Riot has in place the initial effect is powerful enough that having Tibbers be faster is really a non-issue. Edit: Fucking Reddit I'm just gonna be honest, Tibbers is a pretty weak ult. Upon entering the field, the burst/stun he does is great, but after that he's just a slow moving lug that does a meh amount of damage that can honestly die pretty easily if you're not dumb about it. Yep, that AoE stun, hella useless. | ||

Early game, Tibbers' damage post summon is still really really freaking good and is a massive deterrent for enemies for his entire lifespan. In team fights it's meh, but still good. My only gripe is sometimes he feels completely lobotomized and will run off in the wrong direction or stop moving completely - but that's just Riot's poor pet AI. | ||

In a team fight Tibbers does silly amounts of damage even after the stun. Tibbers only becomes useless if Annie dies. Even if the enemy team focuses on Tibbers for just a second to kill him that essentially turns Tibbers into a 2.75 second stun since the enemy team isn't dpsing your team. If the enemy jungler smites Tibbers? Still a win. How many ults in the game deal the dps that Tibbers deals? How many ults make a jungler blow smite? How many ults are large AoE stuns dealing 450 (+.7 AP) magic damage instantly? Tibbers is a team fight ult. Even after his initial cast he is still good in team fights. The fact that you can't chase people down with Tibbers doesn't make Tibbers bad. Especially when you consider that if you fail to kill someone and can't chase them with Tibbers your team can now use Tibbers to tank a tower or tank dragon. | ||
