If you are winning Ezreal vs. Draven either the supports are non-existant or you are just miles ahead of the Draven in terms of skill. A properly played Draven will kill Ezreal even when massively behind. It's just due to the fact that Draven is inherently a 1v1 duel god and Ezreal just does okay damage. Not good, not bad, just okay.

IMO: Hydra is okay on Shyvana. BotRK is probably stronger on her. Zephyr is actually a really interesting pickup on her, I think she could really use every stat that it gives except maybe the tenacity, unless she wants to go tabi or yolo it and pick up swifties

I don't think by the time you have elder lizard+sheen as ezreal, doesn't really count as laning phase anymore
cait and varus have been mentioned and are decent vs draven, I'm especially liking cait+janna or lulu lane. Would rather avoid taking melee supps vs Draven though since his e counters Ali and Leona hard. Taric and blitz seem rather meh at the moment, although a good blitz could probably be draven's nightmare.

Is there anywhere I could buy a cheap lvl 30 account? Decent runes/a few champs would be nice, but just a blank level 30 is fine too. I kinda wanna get a second smurf up and running and don't feel like grinding a third account to 30. One without any ranked this season (or better, ever) would be nice so I can boost it up quicker.

If your new - Just play the damn game to 30. Normal draft's are actually pretty decent for a learning enviroment. Learn all roles too, if you can, play champs from each position :3

Ya I just started q'ing up for them and that is what people are doing. Also the 400RP you get at level 3 is good for a 3 day XP boost.
I wonder if you can get a few accounts to level 3 and buy RP gift boosts for 1 of them to level that super fast without having to buy any RP?

The other 2 come bot after u get to inhib but u can bumrush the inhib and die then go top and push thru and end in 7 minutes. Seems to be how people are doing it. Maybe its not ideal?

There are also caps to vs AI XP/IP gains based on summoner level and time played for that 22 hr time period.
Afterwards Dominion normal is probably easiest/fastest way to XP/IP grind.

I dont think there is a cap - at some point you only get 75% the exp IP though.
