I don't like the fire skin. So many things they could have done and they went with the overdone "just add fire to it" :< Not surprisingly, this came up as a point on Travis' Riotplz compilation. Way too many fire skins as an alternative to the default. I'd be ok with not seeing another fire skin for the rest of the year. Or elements in general. Yeah elemental skins just kind of seem like a cop out, not a thought intensive concept :p I really like the lightning part of the Xin skin. I feel lightning is under explored comparatively.
Yeah Xerath's effects suck so much he doesn't really count... only thing close to lightning element that we have is pikachu.

the thing that makes a lot of the "op" discussions here inane to me is that many of them make lax comparisons to season 2. the idea of being able to always afford a free ward for all lanes (and not forcing support to place) along with much more regen makes a lot of lanes that could be punished early much less so. (this isnt directed at any particular discussion but that is just one difference of many between season 2 and season 3 that can be considered).
i think hecarim is overrated in NA. his early jungle is pretty damn ass so if you can pick stronger lanes and a powerful jungler like xin yourself you can simply set hecarim too far behind with full map coverage. i feel NA teams are too timid in their early aggression, as bly mentioned. hecarim once he reaches a critical point is obviously a very powerful force to be reckoned with due to his high mobility, damage, and disruption in teamfights, but if you can abuse his early and either kill him or deny his farm so that he reaches that point too late (as in the enemy team is simply too strong or has reached a huge item timing like locket or something) then he can be rendered useless.

All I got out of this conversation was some guy with 50 posts questioning Yango's knowledge of BW and I smirked.
Edit: And to completely change the subject, did anyone read ggChronicle's recent interview with Gman and get really sad like I did?

Is it me, or does Riot just really like fire skins?

Syndra doesn't have another counterpart or any minion she controls. Heimer would be lolworthy.
