Post A says the Blitz nerf was a good way to hit him. Post B says more supports should be like that.

Holy shit people need to stop buying fucking Sunfire capes on everyone, they are like garbage can tier efficiency now compared to Omen and Locket.
Triforce efficiency is also total boss now 5100g worth of stats for 3900, and then the two passives for free.
Spirit of the spectral wraith also HUGE buff. It could be worth buying in lane now. It provides 2000g worth of hard stats and you get 20% spellvamp and butcher for free. Its only 2k gold so I can easily see it on anyone who really benefits from spellvamp early, not to mention it makes taking buffs and wraiths SO easy.

I didn't read it as "make other supports like Blitzcrank", I read it as "Riot won't make other supports like Blitzcrank because they're stupid and don't want their game to be balanced." But, if making them like Blitzcrank would make the game balanced, and if they just changed Blitzcrank, then how are they stupid. I suppose it'd be nice if every problem the game has was fixed in every patch. Would probably only need one patch then.
It just bugs me when the conclusion to jump to is that the people who are designing the game are idiots. I much prefer to think hey, maybe I don't have all the data and shouldn't assume stupidity. It really ticks people off when you assume things.

Too bad people who buy it, don't need like 1.5k worth of those stats. And some of those secondary stats aren't as vital, either.

Or most people just stopped building it because a myriad of new and fun items came in and allowed many trinity force users to go with those items instead, combined with nerfs on phage and the strength of said new and or improved items brought it out of favor. Why spend 4200 or so on a trinity force when you could buy a cleaver and work on a frozen mallet or a lastwhisper? I like to go with my initial reason however, it's more amusing.

Triforce being so cost-efficient now opens up a LOT of new avenues for quite a few champs. Even a few champs that traditionally wouldn't get it might consider it.
Triforce's strength right now is that it is a powerful SINGLE damage item. This has always been its niche, shared with Wit's End and Bloodrazor, but Wit's got nerfed and Bloodrazor is gone, making it the sole option as a single damage item. Most other damage items are designed to be paired, giving lopsided stats on their own (virtually all AD carry items are like this). Having the potential to have a well-rounded combination of efficient damage stats immediately allows you to directly transition into defensive items after ONE damage item (as opposed to 2, which is more typical). This opens up a totally different set of potential push/teamfight timings, as you gain well-rounded combat ability much earlier.
Compare Triforce->Warmogs to, say, BT+LW+Warmog's. The latter is stronger when completed, but has gaps/certain lopsidedness in power (saving for BF Sword, buildup required after completed Bloodthirster to get stacks, no defensive stats until Warmog's). By comparison, Triforce has very immediate spikes in power, and very smooth buildup.

Dude holy balls I think this is actually a buff to jungle Elise. The buff to Ap spirit stone are so big and perfect for her allowing it to be bought so much earlier and giving basically infinite sustain and the mp5 to support her new mana cost on Q.
