and DFG isn't necessarily a burst item either, is it? the effect lasts 4 seconds and amplifies all magic damage done, which stacks nicely with her passive and Q. DFG -> Q will put someone to three-quarters health and burn a flash 100% of the time and the CD on DFG compared to flash is negligible. so next time DFG -> Q -> auto auto dead. 4 seconds is more than enough time to get in as many autos as needed to pop someone. | ||

I'm trying to imagine a scenario when a DFG + Q combo is going to do 3/4ths of someone's HP. Perhaps like, after you have 3 items (nashors/cap/liandry) vs a no defense item carry like Vayne or Ezreal... but realistically is that ever going to happen? Put to 3/4 health means dealing 1/4 damage. | ||

I got placed into a new plat division V, alot of people in there, nobody was in IV, III, II and I. Still nobody in plat IV but some in III. I got placed directly from IV into III, too. also i just noticed/got remembered of that AP kennen does a huge amount of aoe dmg. Why isn't he played anymore? | ||

All the existing plat divisions are full, and the first people to promote out of plat V are the ones with the highest MMR, in fact so high that they skip plat IV on promotion. | ||

It may just be because since you lose league points for dodging now people don't dodge as much as they used to. I had more or less stopped seeing that sort of stuff up till when the league system came out, and I think in the past few days I've had upwards of a dozen games with an AFKer or somebody who just blatantly doesn't give a shit. Also had games where somebody says it's their promotion series and then another guys says YOU SHOULDNT HAVE SAID THAT and trolls the team because he knows that guy can't dodge. | ||

The 30min queue was a bit much but acceptable so you didnt have to lose Elo because of one cunt. Why not make it 10/15 min wait for a dodge, i mean why do you need to be punished for a dodge, it hardly "hurts" anybody when you dodge anyway and like i said, its 90% to avoid a feeding, raging troll anyway, why do we need to suffer the consequences. Sure with a low timer and no penalty, you'll see an increase in "troll dodgers" but with 10-15 min i dont think it would be that drastic, and alot better then fucking losing league points because of others | ||

"The time penalties for queue dodging have been shortened and an LP penalty has been added". So I think it is just League points and no ELO loss. But I haven't seen a riot guy commenting on it, it's just what I read from the patch notes | ||

Now, how often does noone out of the 10 people feel like his team has a lower chance of winning? 0 Penalty dodges simply mean that you will spend a lot more time in champ select, and a lot less time playing. And Champ select is not really a lot of fun. However, at the moment people also have the third option of just trolling and trying to make someone else dodge because you can't easily report someone if the game gets dodged, which is highly problematic and really needs to be solved. It is a very annoying enviroment to play in where people play those games of chicken in champ select trying to make someone on their own team dodge because they don't want to play the game, but also don't want to be punished for dodging. | ||

I find it fairly laughable that I lose league points for dodging, but the guy who is making me dodge does not. I'd be very happy if Riot started doing things like finding people who consistantly force others to dodge (they rounded up a bunch and handed out bans before) and dropping them a division or two. There's all kinds of things they could do with league points that they aren't doing. If somebody disconnects from a game and forces a loss they could reduce the number of LP you lose, but they aren't doing that either. | ||
