They didn't, the nerfs were targeted at mid/top lulu. Support balance has always been like this, unfortunately.

It made 0 sense. Wat, at the time ap lulu was pretty fotm (remember Dignitas triple support comp?). And nobody ever said that support lulu was nerfed too hard because as you said, it didn't affect her that much. People were saying she was a mediocre support from release.

Lulu just works well right now because she is one of the ranged supports that can kinda go at it with the kill lane supports, and can trade poke with sona fairly well.

Should I pick more defensive masteries/runes ? i feel that if you want to play glass cannon, you need someone to peel for you. i did play a game as AP janna supporting a kog maw. i went R>Q>E>W. most of my farm came from the jungle after i was strong enough to do it, and i could peel for kog so it worked out well.

My friends are usually playing worse than me but I can carry them in 5v5 while playing ADC. Now... Playing TT has an ADC gave me serious headache... I can't really practice when my friends are not there because playing ADC in TT with a PUG gets me trashtalked by my team for not picking a bruiser... So in short, even if it's not optimal, what is the best way to play ADC in the new TT ? Which lane should I pick, why ? Which items should be my go-to? Should I pick more defensive masteries/runes ? What could my friends pick, do to increase the synergy of our team as well ? I'm mainly playing Caitlyn, Vayne and Tristana btw. I really hate the pew pew Ezreal :$ Thanks guys ! Similar rules apply as summoners rift, but more extremes. I've found that you really need the rest of the team to support your play. You cant be picking an AD if there is another "squishy" person on your team, you want to have a pair of bruisers with you ideally to peel and soak damage. Or, at least, one bruiser and someone with some heavy CC that the other team might want to kill or run from instead of just diving you (see: Morgana) I would recommend always heading to top. Your farming priority is the highest if your playing an AD in TT, if you're not well farmed, then you will be completely useless in the mid game, which is where a bruiser team will be strongest against you. Top will be a 1v1 lane, but depending on where you're at, bot could be a 2v2, 1v2 or 2v1. Regardless, as a ranged AD, you should be able to do some good stuff top in terms of winning a 1v1 lane and hopefully get significant farm. The 3 carries you listed are reasonable picks. Vayne I would say isn't something I'd pick in solo Q. You want a very strong team to back that up, because you will be a high priority target and she has such a short range. That said, she is one of the better AD's against bruisers, both in lane, and in fights as the game goes on. Cait and Trist are both reasonable, if you're playing Trist though, you're in it for the long game, because you really need levels to scale your range, and abilities. Finally - play to carry. Don't build defensively, play defensively. If you're in a situation where you're building tanky items early (First or second item, maybe even third item) then you're in trouble. If you're building tanky, its almost certain that you would be doing much better for your team if you were any number of various bruisers. Your base damage and survivability would be much higher, and you'll probably have some sort of useful team skill to contribute (CC or buffs). The AD's dont really have that - but they do have strong damage. You might spend most of a team fight running from the bruisers that are diving the crap out of you, but the longer it takes them to do that, the longer they're ignoring your allies. When they realise they cant ignore your allies, its your turn to turn around and lay down some pain. If you dont have the dmg items, then you wont have the dmg your team needs when you get that chance (This is the same mentality as SR, but its more of an extreme on TT due to the size/layout of the map, and the lack of players to protect you from what can essentially be the same number of dives you would be experiencing in a SR game) Thats the reason why I favour the carries with range as they are much better at not getting jumped on as soon as they stop to do some dmg. Keep track of your opponents gap closer cooldowns and exhausts and try not to get caught out. If you can, try to avoid picking an AD carry early if you're doing a draft pick - there are some pretty nasty counter picks (tanky diving AP's like diana) who will ruin your day, even with a team dedicated to protecting you

I love her kit, not so sure about the AP ratios. She feels a bit snowbally though-- if you let her/her ADC win lane and get a couple levels on you, it hurts.

Proper shadow placement and use is really going to separate good Zeds from bad Zeds. On that note, I've confirmed that Q can only hit the same target twice, not three times. Thus having two shadows at once isn't a damage increase. This means the choice isn't between stronger burst or escape, but between stronger sustained damage/chase and escape.

When he came out I thought his kit was quite strong for a gank oriented tanky jungler. One thing I'm cautious about him is that his kit only has W heal to help him tank, and he has no shield/resists to help, so he's kind of squishy if going double gp5. You really don't get a feel for how fucking insane W is until you actually use it correctly the first time. Like, the heal doesn't seem like that much, but popping it in the middle of a teamfight when your AP blows his AoE abilities and you're spamming Q means you're basically unkillable. Throw some resistances on top of there (I used to build Maw/FH as my core defensive) and you're basically manmode. Just note that your 1v1 gets really weak. Your single target damage is pretty low (unless you have Sheen/TF, in which case it becomes respectable), but in teamfights you're dishing out AoE damage and being an invincible disruptor. As far as ganks go, you just have to kind of man up and be a tanky damage presence. You're not Amumu or Mao, locking them down so your teammates can nuke them, you just have to sprint in, ult, and stomp around on their face until they die. Just make sure not to save the enemy with your knockback.
