did all 10 clg players or own3d remove the "no HD unless adblock disabled" was browsing abit with my adblock browser ( chrome but I use firefox usually with no adblock to watch streams) and thought goodguy yellowpete was the only disabling it but loco doesnt have it anymore either.

Ad block list updates. Don't think streamers have that option, just think its the way they want to make it. Let alone I doubt the pros would turn it off.

We’ve added a certain shielding spell from Proving Grounds, and made it so Heal is actually a support skill

Dear god, they better tone barrier down when ported over to SR because the really strong shield it gives coupled with the insanely low cooldown makes it a ridiculously good summoner spell for any carry.

Moving Heal into the Utility tree and making the higher tier Utility masteries more desirable might make support builds more varied and interesting.

That is exactly what I thought. If you thought heal baits were bad enough, try them on a 125/105 second cooldown.

yea this was the only thing I got out of this post. rest was useless. Better tone it down a lot, especially if they are nerfing other things...its already the best summoner skill in the game. If they are nerfing flash/ignite/etc then this will need a huge nerf before its SR compatible.

imagine riven with these upgraded caster ad items and barrier/heal or some other gay thing? Why do I feel shes gonna be retarded in season 3

Here's an idea. Make Heal a single target summoner. Make all single target heals (Soraka, Taric,Nid) apply a -50% debuff as heal, just with lower duration. Same with Barrier and targeted shields (but not probably spellshields). This lets you have sustain supports picking up offensive summoners, and otherwise offensive summoners either all-in with more offensive summoners or balancing with heal (i.e. Leona picks up ignite/exhaust or heal?) What do you think?

People should learn maths. I cringe everytime I see a Triforce->BT build go for IE as its next damage item instead of LW. Then some 200 armor dude comes in and giggles "hey, it tickles!" when your IE crits only do 200 damage to him.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

Hoping some of those new items are the ones they introduced to TT, they seem cool. Though I wish vandam built out of something else besides HOG -.-;

Depends on the implementation, but if it is not toned done extremely in comparison to PG, you will probably have teams with 4 barriers or MAYBE 3 barriers and 1 exhaust. Maybe even 5 barriers, but i'd guess that flash will still be something people want on most champions. Which leads to the assumption that they will somehow weaken barrier too, because it otherwise would be ridiculously much stronger then anything else.
