Vayne has 550 range but she has no skills that can hit beyond that. This makes her laning phase weak.
e.g. Sivir's range is even shorter, but her Q hits like ~1300; Ezreal's range is 550, but he has Q and W.

I haven't been able to find this rumored 4 ap comp run by any Korean team. Nothing in the gomtv vods and I can't hope to navigate nicegame.tv.

Not everything has to work at the very top of the game. You can still have fun with "suboptimal" stuff in normal play. It's kind of impossible to make a game without any optimal play. Dota just changes by crazy patching, don't think Riot really wants that and honestly I think both are fine. I know right now my team has no idea how to play on current Dota patch  Freaking imbataur

Because that's more or less banking on the disadvantage to their jungler being worth you having less farm. If you trust your teammates to properly take advantage of the fact that their jungler is sitting in one place, then yes, it's the right play. But by and large in solo queue, people have a (rightfully) selfish attitude, and would rather the jungler go away because they can't guarantee that sacrificing their own farm for their teammates is worth it.

Is it wrong to think that vayne is at least top 3 adc now that ez got nerfed? Her laning isn't that bad, if her support is good. And lategame she is absolutely ridiculous, especially since you can't focus her easily with her ult + tumble making her invis. I know other adc's are safer in lane, but if you're good enough I definitely think that vayne is probably the best atm.

Was Azubu Frost, I don't remember the exact comp but they had Katarina mid, Sona support and Kennen in place of the AD carry. He built AP and I didn't realized it halfway through the game. >_> Their top was something like Malph iirc, some kind of bursty cc champ, and I have no idea what they jungled.

Usually really easy to get fed as fiora I thought. It's just most fiora's never do good or are always useless after they get fed lol
Also, I wouldn't say vayne is top 3 because there are a lot of good ad carries out there right now. It's pretty even for cait vayne sivir ezreal corki graves ashe varus draven trist imo.
