ohhhh. but its a huge 40% reduction to how much the turret hits him for after he levels it up. I'm still inclined to not level up his w (missile strike) and level up his ult for the third point instead.

I actually read the skill text and played Kha on the PBE, thank you very much. I still don't think it's going to be as amazing as you guys are saying. You are free to write me off, I'm not high elo, but I'd rather evolve abilities that are up more than once every 100/90/80 seconds. Given how easy it actually is for targets to be isolated (targets that aren't are hugely susceptible to AoE) I think that Q/E is simply a more consistent path.

Gosupepper does it a lot actually, grabbing heal>starcall>infuse>heal whenever genja plays someone with a lot of magic damage like corki or tristana or even kog. If they get an early advantage I've seen him max starcall first and go balls to the walls aggressive in lane, it's actually really scary what Q max soraka does in early fights, especially coupled with any form of AP damage from alex ich/diamond.

It's still overrated (not the same as bad) for a few reasons.
  • There's a three second cooldown between uses, meaning each use creates a window of opportunity where you can get chunked.
  • The damage reduction disappears the moment you unstealth.
  • You can't even be targeted during the stealth unless there's a tower/pink ward/Oracle's nearby.
  • Oracle's prevents the ult from proccing your passive.

The ult is good for early game tower dives, where your passive will still proc because it's the tower (and not a champion) revealing you, and the cadence of tower shots coincides nicely with the cooldown. But in teamfights the enemy should have Oracle's, negating the extra damage/slows from your passive. If they don't you can get a lot more mileage out of E resets and Q % Missing Health damage.

Again, I'm not saying evolved R is bad, just overrated (but probably better than evolved W).

Most sorakas get 1 pt by lvl 4, and some by 2/3.

it's definitely going to come down to player skill
kha'zix is just going to be like lee 2.0

that's why i'm starting a fund to buy shakedrizzle the kha'zix bundle so we can start seeing new highlight vids immediately

personally, i feel like the 40% damage reduction is like jax's E - good for reducing AOE/incidental damage rather than garen's shield which is better for reducing targetted damage.

it seems like the damage reduction ticks would be really good against kennen, morg, karthus, people that you have to run into/by to do your assassinating. it allows you to build pure damage and not die to incidental damage before you do your job IMO

the tower-shot tanking is just a cool, if not as-intended use of the ult, IMO.

Bugfix: User Interface - It is now possible to cancel the spending of an ability point via the level-up button after the mouse has been clicked, as long as the mouse cursor is moved off of the level-up button before releasing the click.


How many years did they take to fix this? -_-

I have no idea why so many of you think W is the worst, or one of the worst abilities to evolve on Khazix. If you evolve it you get a fucking 2 second aoe 35% slow. It's a no brainer to evolve it first before any of the other skills if you're going to jungle with him, and I would take it as a second evolution if I was laning anyway. It's such a good evolution that it's silly. Not to mention that it even gets the unseen threat bonus magic damage too. WTF are you guys even thinking.

A better question is, how would anyone know if this bug exists since you aren't supposed to click to level up your skills.
