Glacial Shroud usually gives me all the mana I need for lane. Vs an AP champ in lane though where the 30 MR is actually useful then maybe. Would be funny as hell going boots into triple null-mantle for mercs, wits end and cup. Wits End/Frozen Heart is by far the best lane WW build imo. | ||
