I always thought that it was odd that Riot didn't do this, I have no idea on the numbers, but I'd imagine there is probably a large player base of people who only play against the bots. Having the bots themselves show off the skins is a good way to encourage that subset of to buy skins themselves.

Surprised it took them this long TBH.

Glacial Shroud usually gives me all the mana I need for lane. Vs an AP champ in lane though where the 30 MR is actually useful then maybe. Would be funny as hell going boots into triple null-mantle for mercs, wits end and cup.

Wits End/Frozen Heart is by far the best lane WW build imo.
