Double bruta = bruta + ghostblade? Because with two brutalizers, you only get 25 ad from the second one ^^
Atmogs + crit stick + ghostblade seems pretty strong, could be problematic getting there though.
Edit: Oh and yeah Slayer91 seemed to have had success with some regen build.

edit: i'm actually kinda reeling that he managed to make a 30 min pause entertaining for the whole 30 mins. That takes talent.
