Froggen obviously can't play any champion without skillshots. Targeted spells too hard, skillshots be easy.

Why are people saying CLG threw it? CLG was behind in gold the entire match...

They still won the fight 3 for 1 before using 3 ult to get nothing and that really bad engage on Baron.

Ashe was a bad pick really. Malphite and Leona is enough for control already. And that 3 ult for nothing is what really killed them. Frost was smart enough to take advantage of it though.

You don't even have to target or aim Vlad's bread and butter skill.

Doesn't get much easier than that when a Jayce wanders too close and gets easily cc'd while the rest of CLG is trailing far behind and without ults.

CLG had it but they got a bit too confident when Wickd just facechecked Baron bushes while Vlad was quite a long while behind. I also couldn't help but notice yellowpete not using his summoners in many team fights.

Meh I just think they tried out a new team comp since they were 2-0 and didn't have much to lose here. Yellowpete's Ashe has generally poor when compared to Lamia/Yellowstar/Genja. But I'm happy they attemped that comp, even if it still needs a bit of work.

CLG.na tried Promote+AD mid v CLG.eu in OGN. That birthed the triple-TP Promote comp. So yeh, we could see something created eventually.

i dont think ashe works well with leona no need for 3 engages, something like corki or a good late game champ like kog or vayne would have been good

Yeah, Corki or Graves would work wonder. Stun enemy team unload rockets/buckshot and ult. Ashe is great late game but too weak early game.

You really think they "try" things during competitive match ? Even more during the final ?
If they do, then competitive LoL is a joke... scrim is made for that.

Well look at alex's interview, he said that m5 tries some strats during tournaments because people dont play their best and hold back during scrims

I don't know whether they did it during final, but they certain will in other games simply because a lot of the teams take it half seriously in scrims. That's why M5 tries new strategies in online tournaments because even Alex Ich pointed out that they can't gauge properly how their new strategies will work in scrims due to the inherent nature of teams not giving it their best.

FACTSCHECKER REPORTING IN

QUOTED FROM CHAUSTER AMA

Do you agree with Hotshot saying that you would have "stomped" TSM "severely" by "outhinking them"? I personally think HS should be a bit more cautious with these statements as I really feel that he always tries to talk things better than they are. I mean, from your AMA i know that HS can be quite stubborn when it comes to discussing mistakes after a scrim - is this a similar situation?

-tbh the tp promote comp mainly stemmed from someone who asked me a question and i thought about it. they mentioned tp sivir and then i realized how i used to play sivir- like a complete asshole with TP and just bd the shit out of everything. once i stopped playing AD this never happened again esp with the sivir ricochet change since i was the only competitive sivir player but i know that sivir ultimate still makes her one of the strongest champs to tp bd. couple that with late game grouping and a split pushing promote minion its pretty OP l0l
