Nal_Ra has excellent broadcasting skills too, unlike some other gamers/coaches who tried to switch over after retiring. Good lord I remember when SKT's head coach tried broadcasting for a while... it was painful.

I wonder if people have VODs of these matches.

i had VoDs of the Spring matches, but only the knock-out stages.

So how good are the Korean teams atm compared to the foreign top teams? Also is the fanbase for LoL remotely comparable to the BW fanbase at it's prime atm?

right now in korea LoL > any form of Starcraft in popularity.
As far as teams, Just my opinion but from my point of view, the work ethics is starting to show, there game plays seem very clean, and at the very least i'd say they are pretty much evenly matched vs any top teams in the world, and definetly has the highest number/concentration of high end teams in one area.
Right now the general concensus I get from korea is that the teams that are "speculatively" going to potentially take the crown for the summer are frost, blaze, xenics storm, najin shield, (both clg's, and WE from the foreigners) amongst the knowns, and amongst the unknown everyone is keeping there eye out for LG-IM (3 out of 5 members formerly from team op), and MVP Blue (blue more due to there expectations from the organization). Will be interesting non the less.

It's fine Chexx. I can edit the OP if you're away.

So this starts in about 20 minutes right?
Edit: nvm, I'm a day off -_-

Www.ognlol.com will go live in just over an hour. We got some good matches today with Najin Shield, GJR, World Elit and last seasons winners Azubu Blaze! Also going to be 강민(Nal Ra) first LoL cast live looking forward to this alot
|
Does anyone have any idea if this will be streamed on twitch or own3d?
|
Should be on twitch.tv. I use the embedded stream on their homepage: http://www.ognlol.com/live/main
I already registered for the spring championship and from my experience this is the most reliable one.
|
is it meant to be on by now? or is the ogn website abit bugged out?
|
Still "stay tuned" on the english stream. I'm sure in the meanwhile on the korean stream they have a nice presentation of the tournament...
|
Stream just started for me. Announcing Blaze vs GJR.
|
yeah its up its all good now. Thanks cheers.
|
May I ask which stream you are using? The twitch.tv link redirects me to the ognlol.com main page where I am currently watching it.
But the screen is pretty small and wouldn't let me full screen it. Didn't have that problem before.
