If the projects get this big, its hard to test everything you ever put in and all the thousands of combinations of things that could possibly happen. Its just not possible to test everything, they never claim everything is bugfree and for as long as its free to play, you cant really complain about it.
If you have spent money on a free to play game you have every right to complain about it. If you have spent months on a free to play game and purchased goods (that have montetary value) with your time I'd say that gives you a right to complain about it too.
While I agree that crap happens and that Riot can't account for everything this is a HUGELY serious bug, probably the biggest one yet in terms of game-ruining power. Saying we can't complain is completely asinine when cheaters have been running rampant, preying on unsuspecting players and destroying games.
edit: I'd just like to add that I know Riot is working on it and that complaining doesn't necessarily speed up anything. But I see no reason why someone who has had games ruined by cheaters has to "suck it up". Cheating is a serious issue and being mad about losing in 5 minutes to someone spamming heal is natural. Just telling people to "suck it up" or "stop complaining" from my POV is pretty insensitive.

That would be a pretty interesting game mod. Like how would the game change if everybody started of with 200 hp/5 regen? You would need to come up with a pretty specialized tower pushing comp to get an edge. Game mods in general would add a lot of longevity to the game.

Tbh, posting videos like this is the most effective way to get them fixed quickly. Always has been in any game I have played. If you report a single bug report, they will check it out and might not fix anything, but as soon as everyone starts abusing the bug and post youtube videos of it, they find a way to fix it.

If the surge buff isn't unique, I'd just Master Yi with Surge+Flash. Spam Surge a couple dozen times, ALPHA STRIKE.

They get 7 points in the top talent in the utility tree, 15% lower cooldowns on summoners... effectively granting you 105% less cooldown time... or 0 CD.

he is not bypassing any requirements. he has 4 in tier 1 so he can put points in tier 2. he has over 20 points below tier 6 so he can put points in tier 6.
