Its too low to be useful, 800 ELO players are so bad that its not even applicable. Get an account at 1100-1200 and do the same thing and you may help people out, thats where most people are anyway. I'd call myself around a 1600 player and I can play AD annie and go 9-2 at 800-900 ELO, I can still carry hard at 1100-1200 with real builds, and I start not carrying and just winning lane and doing well most of the time around 1350.
Videos of 800 ELO is just silly and not going to help anyone, the only tip you can give those players is to practice more and learn what abilities do what. Its like bronze league, you dont tell them to harass more and watch expansion timing to estimate army size, you just make them work on basic mechanics and keeping their money low.

in season 1 i queue dodged my way down to 700 elo and then played my way back up
the players at 700 elo are at least 5-10x better than some of my irl friends, and probably 30x better than level 30s who still lose to bots. i have no question that players at 800 elo are still in the upper echelon of low-tier players.
it's just the shitty attitude that high elo players have (and i myself was guilty of this in my original post, sorry) of saying any elo below them is low elo. most 1200 players are ashamed to admit their elo because of being portrayed as baddies, how do you think 800 elo players feel? O_o

Most 800 players I know get drunk then play LoL. So I'd say they feel pretty good about themselves, tbh.
They have very little desire to improve themselves. They're playing LoL just to fuck around. Essentially you want to make videos for people who half of their gaming time they're drunk or are just trolling around, and aren't interested in getting better competitively.
The people who actually wish to be competitive and need help generally are 1200+ and it's those people you should be looking to help. I don't think I know a single person below 800 elo who actually goes out of their way to watch a tutorial vid or even find out a good build.
edit: I still will never forget when saint's elo was reset to 0, and he climbed his way up back to 2k+. All those players he played with and against were exactly like my drunk friends, half of them yelling racial slurs at you from dying ingame. So it's either that people in general are complete morons, or most of them are like my friends and are just getting drunk and having fun playing a game of their choosing. I prefer to believe that latter.

saint didnt climb back up to 2k, he went from 1 elo to like 200 or something then got reset back to his normal elo
though he did go like 30-0 every game at 1 elo with random jungle heroes (yi etc)
