That Riven nerf is damn funny, because most of top bullshit hero are almost as fucked up as her : Gangplank and parrhey ? Tryndamere ? Nidalee ?

And most of all, what about shaco seriously, that hero is full of shit.

Jungle twitch is my next goal to try once I get enough IP for armor runes. Till then I can say Jungle Kayle is a bit of fun. I leveled her E. Her W doesn't really give enough sustain (well with blue buff, it's 85 life every 12 seconds at rank 2). I don't recommend leveling that again. Her main issue though is you can't build her full AD in a ranked game cuz she doesn't have the farm of a solo lane. It's a silly build. In solo queue she can be a good AD if your team doesn't have any others, because she can go in pushed lanes and farm fast. She's also fine if you don't trust your AD carry, because if they keep dying, then your team has no chance against bruisers.
Her strength is that she can jungle, has a spammable slow, and is ranged for the duration of a gank.

Spent about 11k IP on runes: flat res glyphs, AD quints, MRes quints, Armor quints. Time to send Pantheon mid, use Galio's obnoxiousness to its full potential, and ease Irelia's matchups. \o/
I still have no idea how, and against who, to send Singed top tho. Perhaps I should just instalock him in blinds and see for myself how I can "not lose" my lane until freefarm starts kicking in.

you can send singed top against anyone, just cant do shit until 6. stay way back and fall behind in cs and wait for a gank basically...then at 6 with catalyst you can do w/e. you'll come back in cs eventually since you're singed

But I dond't want to counter them, I want to play champs I enjoy playing. Sadly it's hard to put Blitz somewhere other than support, Singed's kinda weak with the power creep trend top, and Morgana's instabanned even tho she's easily fucked up in lane. Well at least my favs aren't Shaco, Rammus and Kassadin.

You can put blitz in the jungle:p, and you can lane singed against pretty much anything top just don't forget that you are weak early.

No heal is obviously bad, but she has so much range with autos and q, a 1.75 sec stun, and a defensive steroid.

I know somebody ran Soraka with loads of AD runes and just banana'd people for 80 damage at level 1 to zone them. That was stupidly hilarious in design, I guess you could try that with Annie for funsies.

Also isn't Blitz slow as hell in the jungle? His grab is strong but unless you go for in lane ganks you'd better have a ranged partner to take opportunity of it. I guess you'd play him like Nunu in the new jungle, ganking a lot and using his steroid to help clear?

Genuinely curious but what do you mean? I enjoy playing Morgana when I don't feel like trying but want to win because she's one of the safest lanes ever. I can just sit way back and farm with Morgana and I will out CS my lane, not to mention ganks aren't an issue unless I'm retarded.

And since I clear so fast I can gank easily. She's like Twisted Fate in terms of safe lane plus good ganking potential only she can clear waves way earlier than TF but doesn't have the teleport ult that he has.

How do you do it against anything that insta-clear the wave, like Gragas, Viktor, Sion (somewhat, if he's careless his shield's easily blown up), or pushers like Malzahar or Mordekaiser? You can't rely on W unless you tank the creeps.
Not saying that's making her bad (she doesn't have the best animation to last hit under tower but still), she just doesn't have anything special anymore against those.
