Champs like Yi, Shaco,Lee, I'd see 21 offense, for WW,udyr,rammus,mummy, only defense. the 9 points you put elsewhere really fall down to playstyle. I like how the masteries really just allows for people to choose what they want to do with the trees. At least until people figure out the best tree spec for every champion and everyone only does that. | ||

Teemo is a good one, it's decently good on Kayle, AP TF can abuse it, Shyvana is hot damn with it, Skarner loves it, some others I'm forgetting. | ||

Yeah, it seems like a mediocre choice on ap chars. It is decent on Karthus to make that ult hurt a bit more. Flash/Ghost/Ignite/Cleanse all seem like better choices for most ap chars though. What do people think about promote? | ||
