my poor horned girl Im trying to think of one reason to pick Soraka over Sona, but i cant find any. Only if the other side picks Sona in draft and you want sustain, any other case is obviously Sona. I think we would need a scaling on her passive, because 16 MR is not much lategame. | ||

Earlygame, Soraka's passive grants 2x16 MR, worth ~500 gold. As the game goes on, fights involve more players. Up to the point where Soraka's passive grants 5x16 MR, worth ~1200 gold. Add a lvl scaling on top of that and it becomes ridiculous. Just like people claiming that Aegis is useless lategame... That's nonsense. | ||

Soraka mid = legit Seriously, she is borderline broken against most mid lane settups. | ||

She's still a great soft counter to karthus/fiddle, and I think running soraka bot with heavy mana-users instead of the usual AD is still under-explored (or forgotten, depending on how long you've been playing). | ||
