Only some days ago SK Gaming parted with WetDream who is well known for his time in fnatic and as well for his community project absoluteleagends.com. With fragster he spoke about the problems with SK and why he split up with the german organisation. As well he explained why SK failed at the gamescom.
-> To the interview
Some impressions:
fragster: First of all everyone wants to know what was the main problem after the gamescom in Germany. In a statement you wrote that SK didn't give you the things they promised, but CandyPanda wrote that you only get them if the team reaches an achievement at the GC.
Tim 'WetDreaM' Buysse: The main problem at Gamescom was only the first match we lost closely against fnaticMSI, where Ocelote forced me to play Udyr jungle against the double AP fnatic always plays while I wanted Warwick against that. Not looking at our bad picks against them, we still did pretty good and almost won that game. If we would have won it, the team would still be together now. So sad to win everything online, qualify for China and then because of a hard groupstage this has to happen. SK doesn't give what they promise at all, they wanted to give me train tickets that I never got, so I had to take the car to drive to the hotel. Other then that they offered many things cause the team got other offers from other organisations aswell and there is proof of this in Fallis – the old manager – email. We were about to get laptops, salary and contracts at Gamescom and they never gave that.
And why didnt it work at the Gamescom?
WetDreaM: Why it didn't work I really don't know. To be honest, maybe a bit of offline pressure, Ocelote doing most of the bans and picks while normally it had always been me before. I don't know why Ocelote all of a sudden thought he knew everything better. For me personally Gamescom didn't fail. Sure, e didn't make it through groupstage but if we would have won the close match against fnatic we even could have made it to the final. We still won EMS against TSM there.

Earlyier this year you left fnatic. Were there the same problems as at SK?
WetDreaM: No, the problems are way different here as with fnatic. There it was because we had 7 players and I wasn't looking to play a backup or manager in a team. If I go somewhere I want to play. SK stated on their website that they replaced me cause I did bad while I recieved an official email from SK Gaming stating the real facts why I can't no longer play under SK Gaming. The team had the choice to leave the organisation or go somewhere else – they had to choose me or SK Gaming. Seeing that SK doesn't give what they promise I don't know why they wan't to stay there. Maybe because of the IEM and EPS slots, because they stay with the license holder. The only one who didn't agree with my kick was Wickd, the others were pretty much silent after Ocelote already convinced everyone in private that I did bad and need to be replaced.

I support wetdream, if Teutonica doesn't get a mic before we have to play monthly qualifiers I will have him kicked and hire wetdream! :D (j/k)
Hahaha.
Better act quickly Teutonica :3

Ouch, scathing interview there. Kind of confirms what I had thought, the SK team chemistry since their reboot has just been awful. Candy/Nyph seem to do their own thing but trying to integrate, Ocelote is a cancer, and Wetdream just has very different opinions from the rest. I really hope Wickd can make it work there, he's the only member of SK I like anymore.
only thing i know about that guy is that hes a repeated maphacker
So, he's a terrible player that's not terrible at lol?
Lol's been hacked ; ;
Yup, I dunno why anyone would trust anything Wetdream says. Thankfully he's off of SK.
Wetdream is always angry when these shit happen.
This interview is so juvenile. From all the wetdream things I've read it seems like he has some personal grudge against Ocelote and is just trying to make Oce the bad guy by saying all this random shit about him. I really liked him before gamescon, whenever I'd watch SK playing scrims he would always be calm and optimistic, even if he didn't play the best, but reading his responses to all this drama has put a bad taste in my mouth
Didn't he left Fnatic as well? He's like the Major (from Sc2) of LOL.
There's so much drama in LoL....

Given his 10+ year history of hacking, I'm not inclined to believe anything he said over the other SK members. Note that it isn't like he was 4-14 and hacking, he's been doing it for his adult life, which means he's developed into the piece of shit he wants to be.
The group stages were undoubably hard, but you can't expect to stomp noob teams in the quals and win against every top team. If you want to be competetive you had better get used to losing.

Regarding the money issues and such, it may be hard to take his word, but as for the chemistry of the team I believe it 100%. I've watched a ton of their scrims, and they argue after practically every game, win or lose. Oce and CandyPanda are usually the sources of the drama. Wetdream may not be an upstanding gentleman, but it doesn't mean everything he says is wrong. He absolutely knows the game better than Ocelote.

Zero respect for any hacker in online games.
Why this guys is even in the esports scene right now. Not shocked about SK, they have a reputation not to give what they promised.
Sk is turning to crap
I feel bad for candypanda and nyph
Judging from his stream he was also SKs weakest player, so can't really feel that sad for him.
i wonder if the LoL community knows about his hacking spree....

I had respect for wetdream before his post calling everyone in SK except wickd a douche on a public forum.
With things being server side i think it's fair to say that hacking is impossible for the average player.
Didn't he left Fnatic as well?
Kind of. He is was a leader of Fnatic but they didnt take him on Dreamhack. Wierd, I know.
Well SK did really bad at IEM. but that was just because they didnt play together much. It was their 1st oflfline Tournament. Wetdream didnt play it really good. but I dont think so that it was that bad. SK LoL are playing like Asian teams. too much individual skill but NO teamplay (not saying about Candy / Nyph lane)
Wetdream wasnt kicked out just because he didnt play his best but he also had a problem with SK. He somehow doesnt get that SK.LoL havent proof themselfs yet and dont even have stabile team. (they change thay lane-up before)
LoL players are really new in Esport and they have rivality even between their own clan-mates.
I think this is what going to happened in the near future: Wickd join Wetdreams new team Candy and Nyph will stay playing under SK gaming with some new team. Oce became SC2 player.

oh, in that case, I think it's totally OK and cool.
Whilst I have a healthy disdain for Wetdream due to his hacking scandal, I remain of the opinion that Ocelote is equally bad as a posterboy for a gaming team. SK should really consider forcing him to be a bit more nice. He is very bad mannered, and is far too arrogant. I would like to see Wickd/Candy/Nyph+2 others as a gaming team, since they seem to be decent people.

Actually, that exchange specifically is WetDreaM talking with NoS with the goal of queueing up against NoS so he could win games more easily.
